Mscoco Hair Omdömen

The hair is really good quality and the service was great too! It arrived in a good time considering I’m in Europe, and the communication with the seller was excellent. I’ve blow-dried, styled, and washed the hair, and I honestly believe it’s 100% real. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon.
P.S. I did receive a small incentive to leave a review, but my opinion is genuine and 100% honest.

I absolutely appreciate when a company comes through in every way and MsCoco Hair did that and more. First of all, the hair is absolutely amazing and so soft and stunningly gorgeous. I bought a no fuss glueless lace wig and she is everything that I was looking for. I really feel like the quality of the hair should cost more because it is so exquisite.

I ordered my hair a week ago and it arrived pretty quickly considering that it was being being sent from China. Whenever I reached out to inquire about where the order was, t they were quick to respond with the info that I needed.

If you are looking for some good quality hair at a great price, look no further because MsCoco Hair delivers! Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me!

Hair is really soft! Fits perfectly on my head. I would definitely order more from this company!

Excellente qualitée ! Je recommencerai sans hésitation

The quality is great so soft easy to install pre plucked and cut with a drawstring in the back to secure my head is small so it was big but you can adjust I would buy from them again I saw the wig on TikTok

Hair really soft and blends well with my natural hair and fast shipping!! Will be ordering again.

I’ve been purchasing from Mscoco hair for yrs… The shipping is always fast whenever I need to order an the hair is always soft no shedding no smell… I will forever be a mscoco girl.

The hair I ordered didn’t look like the hair online, the colour was off and orange undertonned. I followed the companies policy of returns, contacted them, sent photos of the hair and then got their confirmation and details to sent it back. They were very responsive up until 2 weeks ago when they ignored me. My item was tracked delivery and was confirmed which they received and signed for on the 21st August. They’ve since not refunded me and are still not replying. From the gramatical errors this company is not professional in the slightest and seems to be ran improperly, if you return the hair you’re being scammed as they won’t send it back. The hair colour won’t match and the hair is synthetic, NOT human hair as they described.

This was my first time ordering from Mscoco and I'm SOOOOOOO glad I did!!! It cam in a timely fashion and it was soft and just like the pic!!!! OMGGG IM SO IN LOVEEE!!! Im definitely ordering again!!!

My hair shipped really fast. I ordered an 28 in glueless wig and it feels amazing. I will have it installed soon but so far everything looks great.

I loved my hair! I’m a first time wig user so I wanted something a little more casual that didn’t involve glue.

The 18” yaki straight natural is amazing !! Love the fullness and texture of the hair!!! And fast shipping!!!

My purchase arrived in a timely fashion and the hair is absolutely gorgeous. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I'm absolutely obsessed with my wigs! Ms. Coco, you’ve done it again and I couldn't be more thrilled!

I purchased a unit from MSCOCO on 7/29/25 but never received my order. I received notification that the package was delivered however it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted MSCOCO informing them of this issue. They told they would reach out to the carrier and have them look into the matter to no avail. I’ve asked for a refund or a replacement unit and have received neither. This is the risk you take when ordering products online. MSCOCO is clearly a business who will take your money versus acting with integrity to preserve the customer experience. I warn you to veer on the side of caution if you’re considering purchasing from this company.
If you just want to give your money away, give to a charity.

Okay, this is a RAW and HONEST review as of August 3rd 2025. I placed an order for the first and LAST time about 10 days ago and just got my unit. I ordered a 26 inch PULL GO DRAWSTRING HD LACE unit and instead. . . I got a TOTALLY different unit under their "Flexi-Fit" collection. Again, completely different construction. I thought about giving it a chance. . . NOPE! Immediately gave helmet, the lace was so rough it felt like a brillow pad and it was giving DARK BROWN EBIN LACE TINT SPRAY. Then- here comes the best part. . . Tik tok and instagram reviews came true. Customer service wanted to blame me and said "We double check our shipments twice to be sure so you need to check your order again." It took 4 NASTY emails of mine for them to finally agree to let me return it. Well NOW. . . I am on day 3 of waiting for a return shipping label. They still have not owned up to their mistake. COMPLETE jerks and SPAM! Complete clickbait. DO NOT DO IT!

I’ve been dealing with this company for three and 1/2 years and this is the only place where I buy my wigs or bundles. The hair has always been of great quality and I have not had a disappointment yet. They also provide a fast delivery service.

My wig came pre cut and preplucked. I received so many compliments.
