Terrible quality. They sell synthetic hair not human hair or even mixed

I'm so in love with this bob wig. Hair fantastic and fuller, nicely cut edges and ohh I love the quality. Very soft and tangle free. True to it's description. Exactly as displayed. I am definitely purchasing again. All you out there, never hesitate about buying nice and quality hair.

Placed an order which took nearly 3 weeks after reviewing my wig, which was supposed to be yaki straight 360, it arrived silky straight 13X6 smelt like dog. When I questioned them they said that's there new lace. What a load of rubbish they have lied and sold me a wig that I never asked for. I bought this wig for my wedding and now have to spend another 300 dollars looking for another one. All they have offered is 40 dollars refund and so ridiculous points towards another horrible cheap looking wig. NO THANKS,

The product arrived promptly. It fit exactly like the picture. The hair is form but doesn't tangle. It was well packaged.

My review is legit, I just don't want to be harrassed by you. I wanted others to be able to hear the truth without you coercing me to take my review down.

After finally deleting my review (because they kept texting and emailing me asking me to, saying that they were losing their bonuses, losing their salary, etc. due to my very truthful, albeit negative review), I could not in good conscience not come back and warn others about this site and hair quality. I was given an incorrect tracking number that was not remedied until I left my negative review here. Once they saw that, they let me know they had lost my hair and needed to send me a replacement, which then put in motion me receiving a replacement in a different color, with a tracking number that actually worked this time. Please know, that initial emails, social media messages and comments under their posts, and inquiries about this non-working tracking number were ignored until I left a negative review here. It was only after this that they reached out and conveniently let me know the warehouse had lost my order and they were sending a replacement.

I left my negative review up until I received the hair and wanted to ensure all went well with delivery. During this time, they incessantly emailed, called, and texted me asking me to take my negative review down, even offering me money and "points". I took it down so they would leave me alone, but I just wanted to be truthful and warn someone else out there. These 5 star reviews are in exchange for incentives sometimes, and they will harass you if you leave a negative review and coerce you by saying they are not receiving their salaries or bonuses until you take it down. This is predatory behavior for smelly, poor-quality hair.

Just beware. Order elsewhere. There are so many red flags and I could not in good conscience not tell you the truth as a consumer who probably works very hard for their money and deserves transparency and ease during your ordering process.

I ordered a pre everything wig that was wear and go. Pros: the hair was soft and of good quality. It was also precut, plucked and styled (butterfly). Also, great shipping time. Cons: hair was suppose to be 20”, however, in reality was about 16”. Also the style looked nothing like the picture so it will still require extensive styling to get the look that you want.

Hair came, soo soft, looked and is exactly like the description. Can’t wait to wear my U-part Wig

I have made several purchases and because the very last purchase was not good quality, I was asked to take my business elsewhere. It was the butterfly cut wig and it was defective but, I thought I’d give them another shot. Big mistake! I have points I could use towards my purchase but because they made a quality assurance mistake, I am being penalized. It’s okay though because, if I am going to be treated like that, I’d rather go elsewhere anyways.

This hair is so beautiful and natural looking; it is also extremely soft as well! I haven’t done half a wig in many many years so I been trying to still get a hang of it.. and been wanting to change up my
Style. I would to get this unit in different colors or even highlights or ombre ! Just a good

I received my order FINALLY after waiting a very long time. The hair quality is not good. The red I ordered was so dark the hair looks like its black. They advertised a brighter red. The wig is giving cheap quality. When it arrived it smelled like cheap plastic. I will not be purchasing again from this company. Really bad experience.

I was a little mad at first because when i ordered my wig i got a tracking number that didn't work so i emailed them and they told me the carrier couldn't locate the package. So i told them i wanted a refund because i saw other reviews that stated their tracking number wasn't working and they was told the same thing. They told me they already shipped out more hair i was irritated at this point because i just didn't trust it. The next day they sent me the logistics and i was able to see my tracking number and today my hair arrived and the wig is beautiful. In all it took about two weeks
