Nothing wrong with the weeler end but last two deliveries have been postponed a day which is a bit of a nusience when your waiting in for it.

Great wine, reliable delivery
The wine was excellent and as described (insofar as a surprise selection can be as described). The delivery was on time and the driver friendly. Much to be recommended.

Hello Mr Henderson, I'm very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your case. All of our mystery cases are put together with lots of thought to ensure there is a wide selection of wines and above all they offer a substantial discount on the price that would of been paid if purchased online. Of course the nature of the mystery case means that sometimes the selection may not suit everyone's taste. I would love the opportunity to put together a mixed case that would be more suitable for you in the future and would be delighted to discuss this with you, should you be open to. Kind regards Robin
Excellent wines and service.
The wines are good and the service is unfailingly efficient and friendly. And I always get to talk to a (real!) person without any delay.

Nice wine but a bit too expensive
On the plus side, the wine was delivered on time and the bottles were not damaged.
On the minus side, the box in which the wine came was water-damaged and a corner was missing. To give him his due, the delivery driver brought the damage to our attention and stayed while we checked that the bottles were not damaged.
After finding the same wine selling for £22 per bottle at Tesco, I found the price a bit high.

Hello Mr Kelly, I'm sorry to hear that your box arrived damaged and we very much appreciate you kindly accepting the intact bottles within the damp packaging. In regards to the wine itself I very much hope you are enjoying it, I believe our declassified Margaux, produced by one of the very, very top Chateau of the commune, is actually exclusive to us, so although other bottles of "non Chateau listed" Margaux are potentially available they are likely to have been sourced from a different producer. Thank you again for your feedback - Robin
Christmas Nyetimber
Good price for some Christmas Nyetimber. Delivery a few days late and had to chase but I’m guessing not their fault. Arrived very well packaged
Would certainly use them again
