Reimbursement Of Account due to outage
There was a technical outage that happened. Team tirelessly tried to resolve the issue on the reimbursement of my Challenge Accounts. It took a while for them to resolve it but still they got it done. Appreciate the transparency though there are still improvements needed from a client experience perspective .

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Our records indicate that the payment was processed via bank transfer, and such transactions can sometimes experience delays due to bank processing times.
Please allow a few more business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. In the meantime, could you please confirm that all provided bank details are correct? If there is any discrepancy, or if the payment still does not appear by then, please contact us immediately at support@mpfunds.com, and we will investigate further.
For future withdrawals, using Wise could provide a more efficient payout process compared to traditional international bank transfers.

+ Great communication with traders and service overal, leading conditions across the prop firm space
- Disingenuous misleading marketing, claiming they have no lit size limits, only limited by leverage while limiting the lot size / trade. EG for indices, the max lot size / trade is 20 lots regardless of what account size you have which is tedious and annoying if you trade the shorter TF's and want to trade bigger accounts. Basically forcing you to enter multiple trades for the same position or buy lower capital accounts which cost more relative to the higher accounts.
The negatives I have brought up in their discord which they did acknowledge and would look into it, but I guess they don't look to change that.
