Overall, Exactly What I Expected

I ordered their Pods 3 on 12/29/2021. They were shipped on 12/31/2021. I received them on 01/15/2022. That's about what I'd expect coming from China and with free shipping.
The Pods 3 themselves are very nicely made, and with the exception of the very slightest details, are the same as the A___e Ai__ds 3. The H1 chip functionality works, they pair to your account (so they can be shared among your iOS devices), they have in-ear detection, and are overall very good. The bass response is where these don't quite measure up to the big brand, but there's no distortion, and the sound quality on calls and with music is very good. Callers tell me that they "sound good", and audio routing/switching to the Pods 3 is seamless. The wireless charging works perfectly, and both the case and buds charge in a very reasonable amount of time. It appears that "Find My", does not work, but I don't care much, if at all, about that.
It's important to remember that part of what makes the genuine pods cost 3x more, is support, development costs, etc. At this price (just under $50), these definitely meet my expectations. Also worth noting, is that IMO, you'll get better sound from Tozo NC2's, Black Shark T-1's, or Soundpeats Air3's, all of which cost less than these. The main draw here is the clone factor.

very disappointed in this product. Very poor customer service.

I have ordered two sets of i200 TWS Air 2 wireless Ear buds over the past 6 months, and was initially happy with the first set, which was for my granddaughter, so ordered another for my grandson. His set stopped working after 2 weeks, and now the original set stopped working after 6 months. I have contacted customer service on 2 different occasions, via email, as instructed on their website, and have received no reply. It is impossible to contact them in any other way. I really wish I had read the customer reviews before ordering from this company. I now have 2 very disappointed grand kids.

TOTAL SCAM - NOT NEW UNITS, OLD STOLEN OR DISCARDED UNITS

TOTAL SCAM! These aren't new units!! These are stolen, discarded, or refurbished units. MoWeek claims to sell a totally new product clone to you but you receive used old broken units. "Customer service" means one guy trained to push you off with fake answers just long enough to go outside of their ridiculous 30-days since date of purchase rule (when they know shipping takes 3 weeks).

These are awful

These are awful! And customer service just might even be worse! I have been trying to get them to give me my money back for almost a week now but it’s like they’re delaying the process so that I run out of time! I will keep trying but I’m very frustrated and disappointed as well!

They are scam

They are scam. If you have any problems with their products, even if you return them (at you own expenses) they won't refund you and will ignore any of your emails! Avoid.

False Advertisement

Their headphones are advertised as "compatible with all bluetooth devices" but they are not. It does work on your smart phone but does not connect with PC via bluetooth. I contacted customer service and they confirmed it is not compatible, thus not supporting their claims on the website (false advertisement). Only offered 20% discount to buy a new one (?). Why would I do that if they are saying it is not compatible and I want to use it on my PC for web conferences. If you are only using on your phone, it should be fine but not compatible to connect other than that.

I have order from here twice, for me and for gifts, They have been amazing every time. I have had no faults or issue with the headphones.

I just received my airpods tried them…

I just received my airpods tried them and my partner said she could not hear me well. Placed them back in the case and when I tried using them again first the right side would not work then the left. They didn’t last even 20 minutes don’t waste your money. Will ask PayPal to get my refund. Company offered to send me a new pair, their response is a generic response they send. I had seen this same response on someone else’s review. They then want you to pay for postage to send item back to China. Horrible service horrible product.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered and the product didn't work at all, they were earbuds that initially made a loud humming noise then several days later stopped working all together. The customer service has said six times that he will refund me or has refunded me, but nothing has shown up in my account. They're also not based in California despite their claimed address and takes more than 7-10 business days to deliver (took me 23 business days). Never buy from them.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging."

No where was I told that the product was coming from China!! I tried to cancel my order but it was refused!!

Don’t worry

My experience with moweek has been very mixed. I just want to say if you ordered a pair of i500 tws from moweek, don’t worry. I ordered my pair on June 17th and they arrived on June 30th, with no shipping details the whole time, but when they arrived they were fantastic clones and look exactly like the originals minus the box. However, if you haven’t already purchased I would not recommend them and would instead recommend saving for a better clone.

This company is not trustworthy

This company is not trustworthy. They're supposed to be located in Irvine, California, but their products are from China. When you order, they create a USPS tracking number from Compton, California. But that is it. When you track your order, USPS states that they are awaiting for item. I guess they order it from China, receive it, and re-send it from their installations in CA. I guess that is why they are so slow. I ordered in May 28, 2020, and as today June 1, 2020, they haven't respond my emails. I understand that COVID-19 is making shipments slow, specially coming from China. But what does it take to respond an email????

Buyer beware. I bought a pair of the Pro’s and one doesn’t work. They want me to pay to ship back to China and maybe get another pair. Don’t chance it.
