Shoes don’t fit and Moving Steps will not reimburse me
They offered me 50% reduction to keep shoes that don’t fit me
Shoes apparently have to go back to Singapore and then maybe you get your money back 40 days after your return and you have to pay
It’s a scam

Surprisingly the shoes I ordered arrived today despite the fact that I had cancelled the order and had it refunded! After ordering I discovered that the shoes were being shipped from Singapore so was concerned that if they didn’t fit it would be expensive and a hassle to return. I contacted customer service and they refunded me straight away so I was very surprised to receive the order today. I was also, after reading some of these reviews, very pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of the shoes. They are soft and padded and look fabulous. I’m extremely pleased. Time will tell whether they comfortable to wear all day, or whether they will last, but right now, I’m happy!

Cheap, nasty shoes. Do not buy

I ordered my shoes several weeks ago and I haven’t received any information on my parcel. I have tried emailing them - no reply, tried to call their customer care number but it doesn’t work; their facebook account hasn’t answered, and I’m now at a complete loss as to what to do.

Ordered the shoes from an Instagram add. Did not check reviews. The shoes did not fit. I was offered to return and get my money back but the return is to Singapore, which is not mentioned anywhere on their site. To return to Singapore at my cost would have been almost the cost of the shoe, so they offered me to keep the shoe, donate them and offered me 50% of the refund. Their customer services was prompt. But not helpful. So they now have an unhappy customer who will never purchase from them again. As far as the shoe goes they are very poorly made, they stink like glue or shoe making glue and come in a plastic envelope with no protection. Not worth the money. Not worth dealing with. I do not recommend the shoes nor the company.

They arrived after what seemed like ages - definitely not barefoot - very narrow & look poorly made? Absolutely stink which is great 👍🏻 - Arrived in flimsy wrapping, no box which doesn’t reflect the £60 price tag - colour isn’t beige as described either more like a light brown - Someones making money for old rope

Excellent response to my inquiry. Best boots ever, fits my orthotics and has healed my foot so that I am walking again.

I never received my order. When contacted they told me to check with the carrier, who never responded. I never heard anythng more from Moving Steps and had to submit for a disputed payment with AMEX.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Returns policy is not good. They discourage returns by offering 50% refund. Easier option than paying to return the shoes to Singapore!! Shoes were ok but smelt strongly of glue. Would not purchase from them again. Quality is not great!

I ordered shoes via a Facebook ad on the 31st of December, 2023. I did not receive any confirmation of payment or order; of course, I have not received any shoes. I see many people complain about lack of communication which seems to be their main problem and issue.

I immediately cancelled my order when i realised the items were coming from Singapore. I should have looked on trustpiolet earlier as their customer service is poor. Terms and conditions state i can cancel within 24 hours and get my money back. So far no response.
So please refund my order

Not happy at all with these sneakers. Very hard the feet. No cushioning or support. I can’t wear them. These were recommended to me by a nurse who also ordered a pair. She as well was very disappointed in the product. She had ordered some in the past, but she said they were nothing like the ones that she received. Sent a message to the seller but I did not receive a reply. Not recommended.

Easy, shoes are very comfortable

Remarkable shoes! Comfortable and delivered very quickly to France. And very good value for money. I’ll be a returning customer!

Love the boots. Colours are great. Received my product under 3 wks.
The only problem was the fit. I wear a size 10 and the add said to order size 41. However it was a little on the large side and had to put insoles in to take up the slack.

I have now purchased around 6 pairs of Moving Steps shoes and until the last pair i was extremely happy. Unfortunately the standard of manufacture has slipped and the shoes were far from perfect. i have worn them but not happily and this will colour my choice of the next shoe I purchase.

Even though the shoes I ordered were a little small, after making contact with the moving steps people - the correct size shoes were sent without any fuss. They are now perfect fit, very comfy, warm and a delight to wear - so light it's like walking on air. I was very surprised and impressed when told I needn't return the too small ones, just give them to someone who could benefit from them - which I did - donating to my local charity shop. Would highly recommend Moving Steps Barefoot Snow Shoes especially if you live in a cool climate and they are great for the extra width in the toe box.

Liked my shoes. Easy payment although sceptical at first because there’s been lots of scam retailers advertising fake products, where good fail to arrive.
