Better Quality Than Store Options

We have been purchasing Essential 360 pads for my mother, who has recently needed this type of protection. She has shared that the quality is noticeably better than what is available in stores, and she really appreciates the discreet home delivery. While the price is a bit higher, the quality absolutely reflects that. We will continue to use Essential 360 products.

My debit card was hacked

My debit card was hacked, so I needed to renew my card. Essentials-360.com .rep. got me me hooked up and placed order for me. I received my order in two days and I was in need. Thank you so much for taking care of my needs so quickly

To tell you truth, these are on the same level as depends, over priced for what it is, I believe in giving a real review.
I don’t recommend them at all.

The product is very protective. No leaking occurs and is used for nighttime protection.

Super Undies!

This absorbent underwear works really well for me during the day, usually one change during the day for my needs (overflow incontinence and other types also).

I had a huge issue with them at first but they corrected my request although after several emails and calls back and forth. They did good by me.

I don't trust them

I called to purchase a sampling of the product Freedom Plus. They would not live up to the offer made in their direct mail piece. It turns out the mailing was very misleading. That, coupled with their pressure to up-sell was not appreciated. I don't trust companies that act this way.
P.S. I just received a copy of my bill that included a $4.95 “Logistics Surcharge”???

We train our customer service team to be fully aware of all marketing promotions and to focus on the needs of the customer while offering explanations of the various products and delivery options we offer. We do offer subscription as an option, but we understand that might not meet your needs or comfort level. We are sorry that your experience came across as pressure sell.
While many companies have recently had to raise prices, we have tried to keep our product pricing stable and want to be transparent on the need to include the Logistics Surcharge.
