Absolute lifesaver! We moved house and there was a delay in setting up our Internet. This was a brilliant option for the week and meant we all remained online. Easy to use and great service.

Excellent. Needed to extend hire a few times, very easy and good value for money.

Fantastic service! Used temporarily when I moved house, device arrived on time, so easy to set up and use and signal was really good! Easy returns process, would 100% recommend and would use again if needed :)

Easy to use when between contracts.
The only downside is it uses mobile network.
The Henley regatta was on in my town, so the mobile network was overloaded at times during the day. This affected the service. Apart from that, very easy to use.

Really quick to arrange and the WiFi kept me working from home for two weeks while our permanent Internet was being sorted. As is often the case, the Internet company messed around and delayed our activation date a few times, so being able to extend the hire period with a quick email to MovingInternet was really really helpful during a stressful time. The deposit came back really quickly as well. No notes!

Very quick and efficient service.

The internet service was so bad that it couldn’t register on a speed test
kept trying for a couple of weeks but no good
I wasted hours trying to contact the non existent customer service
I frustrated called another company located in the same building to see if they new if MI were still in business
Eventually gave up and returned the equipment
Top tip if you are going to try MI pay for the minimum and see if it works for you
I paid for two months thinking NOTTING HILL would be ok
try calling customer support before you commit would be my advice
moving internet are probably not made aware of any issues because there are no staff to answer the phone

As a temporary solution the process was easy, internet was pretty good with regards to download speed, extending the service simple with delivery and return really straight forward at no additional cost.
Some may grumble at the cost which isn’t cheap compared to normal internet cost, but as a temporary solution this was spot on.

This device was great! Really quick and easy to use - you just plug it in and it works straight away. No idea why all wifi boxes aren't set up like this!

The signal was strong enough to wfh and it's easily transportable from room to room if needed.

Completely hassle free, the router was delivered tghe next day, was simple to set up and gave speedy WiFi service.

Generally excellent. Even better if the supplied router had useable network socket. Its wi-fi performance was good as was the administrative side of the rental. Definitely recommended.

Moving Internet plugged a critical need that will be familiar to anyone navigating the gap between moving into a property and wired broadband installation. The router arrived earlier than anticipated and started working straight away with a very simple setup. Speeds are of course contingent on local cell signal strength, but we found that it was generally adequate for moderate home working usage (including video calls) and streaming.

Device return was easy too - just find a padded envelope, stick the return label on, and put it in a parcel postbox (the plug on the power lead is a bit too big for a standard letterbox).

Overall, a very useful service that solved a pressing problem.

Very simple service. Easy to setup & connect to and download speeds were fantastic. Had 3 kids gaming & 2 tv’s streaming Netflix all simultaneously with no issues.

Excellent service to get you online temporarily. The router arrived on time, worked when plugged in without complications. If you're moving house and need to get online before being connected to your supplier, I would definitely recommend Moving Internet.

Very good distribution and because I had to send the device back in the Sunday I wasn’t charged extra, very fair

Router arrived promptly, set itself up and worked just by plugging it in, and supplied fast enough internet to work and stream video
