It’s been almost a month and made 3 payments and my order still delay, always I get a generic email with the same excuse apologizing that someone is looking on my order, still no answer I don’t know how are they going to fulfill the orders for their special on Black Friday. This is just ridiculous all I want is a refund now, there is no phone number to contact them, this is the reason why, this is not a good company, worse customer service ever.

Cannot exchange
Items didn’t fit. I asked about returning and exchanging and was told the processing center wasn’t in the us yet so they couldn’t give me an answer. So now I’m left with cute workout gear that doesn’t fit and I can’t swap it out.

The colour is Amazing and the quality of the fabric is great. However the FIT is disappointing : Leggings - excess fabric around crotch area which means when u move it sags in between so for Pilates its manageable but for XFit or Cardio its embarrassing. The Bra should have been great but the side panel that flows to the front gapes no matter your bust size.Pity as I wanted to buy the other colours too.
