Absolutely horrific company. Do not believe the positive reviews. Its a Chinese company and yes, check out the state of the language in the 'US' reviews. Very sceptical use of English I must say. Looks very much like a non-English speaking person in all of them 😅

This is a fake company I never received my clothes I’ve reported them to the police and bank

They are joking with me. It's not a business, it's a cheating group.

I placed an order at Movie Activewear on April 9th. I already paid the order, sent 3 messages/emails and I Just received the standard e ail that they are overwhelmed and would return. In the 2nd message that I sent, I was contacted my a person called Josh who said would return with an estimativa about when I will be receiving my order.
They don’t have a phone to contact and I think I just lost US$130.00.
I really don’t know what I will do.

FAKE positive reviews .

Made an order on March 14, still no signs of tracking number. Only emails -
''We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to have.(..)''
I only spent 55eur, but still. I am so sorry for those who spent even more.
I order online a lot. First red flag was that it wasn't possible to pay with paypal.
But maybe after ++ month I'll receive something , ha.. funny.

You can find similar items with way better customer service and you will ACTUALLY receive your order. Do not trust these fraudulent positive comments!!!

These positive comments must be fake, I checked in in this a month ago because I was extremely frustrated I had ordered $100 worth of stuff mid January and by mid March I hadn’t received anything. All the reviews were similar to mine as well, customers left in the dark about their orders. They say they will send a tracking number and they never did. I ended up contacting my bank to have this charge revoked because I was getting nowhere with trying to communicate with them via email (Trixie???). Extremely disappointed

Scam company! Don't buy! I placed an order on March 11th. I put in an email on 23.3 and asked about my order, I received a response on 30.3 that the order has been shipped and the shipping code will be emailed soon. Two weeks after and for a total of 5 weeks after the order I placed an email again and asked about shipping code and order and on 13.4 I received a message that they will return with the shipping code as soon as possible. If the order was shipped weeks ago, then how is it possible that it takes so long to send or find pit the shipment code?

I easily found the clothes they sell on the chinese wholesaler website AliExpress at such low prices. This is a scam.

It has been 4 months and I have not received my order. Every single month I checked in, still a standard auto-reply email saying that they are very busy. I paid €79.65 on Dec 22, 2020. I want my money back, please.

They are a Fraud!!! They take your money and never recibe the item! Be careful and don’t purchase. I ordered 8th of February and still waiting after 2 month. Customer service not response at any email.

They get no stars, period!! These people are awful. I placed an order Jan. 15th,2021. And still I have no order. 34 emails back and forth and now nothing. I guess I'll never see that order nor my money. And to add insult to injury, they keep email and texting me advertisement on the same items I purchased but never received. Don't purchase from these people, they are not honest and they suck!! Trixie and Elaine I'm sure the names are fake and from China!!!

I give 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars. The worst customer service experience. I ordered 2 months ago three leggings. Two of them came and the third was missing. When I asked for a refund they said that all the items were sent from different warehouses so it's normal for them to arrive in different dates. 2 months later still haven't received the third item and now they are not answering back to my emails. I don't think I am going to get my money back. Furthermore, one of the received items wasn't as I was expecting so I asked for a refund and their answer was that it is not possible because I used a 10% discount code on the checkout. A code that they give you the moment you enter their website as a welcome gift. A horrible experience. Please save yourself some time and money and never buy from this brand.

I’ve purchased from this website on December, on a budget worth 100 euros, and regardless of their indications on shipping and the reported tracking on the website - I haven’t received any of my order to this day, after countless emails with one automated response from their bots with general indications on shipment, a scam and it’s not fair, a fake site.

I made a purchase with them, almost 2 months ago. I've been patient and understanding due to the circumstances but all I get from them are automated emails that don't really say anything.

I've been asking for a return label for months and NO RESPONSE. I've requested a refund, NOTHING.

I ordered multiple items and some did not even come and was still charged. I am not happy at all with my experience with this store.
