He was constantly keeping in touch to keep me up to date with my purchase and was also so friendly on the phone and I always felt very comfortable talking to him. You send them all the information and they don't even bother contacting you back you send them everything they ask for and don't even want to contact you back or nothing is an absolutedon't even bother contacting you back when you send everything over what they have asked for, but they don't even be bothered to contact you. So I will look somewhere else and I will start the legal process now to sue your company because you're constantly doing it to me and you think it's susceptible so you can speak to my solicitors next. It's what's going to happen.

Having had my property on the market for around 9 months with one of the larger well known local agents we had limited interest and a generally frustrating experience. Absolutely top level service from Jack at Move Now. We weren't using Move Now ourselves but the people we were buying from were. Jack the representative we were dealing with was utterly proffesional, extremely helpful, and very on the ball from day one of meeting him for a house viewing. Thereafter he did a brilliant job of keeping us updated with the process, answering questions, and gee'ing up the various parties involved in the process, whilst being very personable whilst going about it.
