This would have gotten a 5 but there was a problem with delivery. The company made it right but it wasn’t perfect. Happy with my purchase and the customer service is outstanding!

Excellent site, moins fluide à l’international
Pour un achat en Angleterre, j’aurais sûrement mis 5 étoiles. Mais pour la France, il faut obligatoirement passer par PayPal pour que la commande fonctionne. Ils subissent également les choix de leur gouvernement qui, malheureusement rallongent les délais de livraisons et occasionnent des frais et taxes avec la douane.
Autrement, le produit est conforme et de qualité. Le suivi est également sérieux. Tout comme le service client. Le site, comme le stocker glissé dans la commande, respire la passion du vélo.

Received wrong item and no communication
received the item on the 4th February 2023 and its not the same model that i ordered. I ordered an "AirZound 3" and I just got the original "AirZound" in a tatty box?
I emailed the address that states on the email i received that you can respond to it and nothing?
I asked them to explain it and i sent photos and nothing?
Its now 14th February 2023.

Ordered item on 22nd August paying…
Ordered item on 22nd August paying nearly £7pp. Chased by email but no response. Item was finally dispatched week later on 30th August. No apology, contact or explanation as to why it had taken over a week to dispatch. I had needed the item urgently, arrived to late to be useful.
