Moto Superi Five Star Service
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with John at Moto Superi while purchasing a number of Evotech components for my Ducati Monster, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience.
From the outset, John provided truly personalised customer service, something that’s becoming increasingly rare in today’s online-dominated marketplace.
What stood out most was his responsiveness and genuine willingness to help, the process was clear, prompt, and professional. It made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
In a time where many businesses rely purely on automation and generic service, Moto Superi has absolutely nailed the balance by keeping the customer experience personal and engaging.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moto Superi to anyone looking for quality parts backed by exceptional service.

Absolute Legends
The guys who work for the business, firstly understands the passion for riding. It makes the huge difference when you deal with people sharing the same passion and working in the same industry they love. Story come short, the absolute legends made sure that I receive my products on time, and for that they shipped the products through express post without even mentioning it or charging extra.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave us such an amazing review!
It means a lot to our team to hear that our passion for riding comes through in the way we do business. Everyone here at Moto Superi lives and breathes motorcycles, so making sure fellow riders get the gear they need—when they need it—is something we genuinely care about.
We’re really glad your order reached you on time and that we could help make the experience a positive one. Going the extra mile for our customers is simply part of how we like to do things.
Thanks again for your support and for being part of the riding community with us. We hope to see you back at Moto Superi again soon.
Ride safe and enjoy the road!
Good effort fixing a problem
I bought a gear lever for my Ducati 698 mono. I said I planned to fit the OEM toe piece and was sent the gear lever. It turned out that the OEM toe piece would never fit and I needed to buy the toe piece. When I spoke to staff they apologised, gave me a discount and posted the item immediately. From being unhappy I am now happy and will recommend tyou guys to my fellow bike riders :-)
