They take your money and then a week later, tell you the part is broken and offer a refund. Lies!!!!!!!
Very unreliable company, I will never buy from them again. I don't recommend them to anyone. AVOID!!!!

I had a problem with a part I ordered but this company was great. They responded as soon as I flagged up the issue and refunded my money straight away without any hassle. I feel confident to use them again.

Decent place, reqlly nice people that work there.Told me a wing was available. Placed the order. Took the money but unfortunately it was bought buy someone earlier. They kindly Then called me a few hours later to tell me they'd sold it to someone else. No ideal but atleast they called to let me know. Still a shame. Full refund was given. Top company!

Utterly disgusting! Worst company I’ve ever used stay well clear. Ordered a refurbished turbo off them took 2 weeks to turn up, received no emails no calls and had to constantly phone them for information lost the first turbo and sent me another! Once it FINALLY arrived it was seriously damaged beyond use! The housing was cracked and seized. Trying to get a refund was nearly impossible!

Paid £2400 for a gearbox which never arrived Motors in Motion do not return my calls scam merchants beware

Purchased a used part which was fitted and worked. Then near the end of the 180 day warranty it failed. The company then sent out a replacement part straight away without any arguments or charges Did not even want the failed part back. I would highly recommend them.

This company will tell you what you want to hear to keep you happy......unfortunately they will not keep to their word. I purchased a gearbox from them ( the most expensive on the website)..was promised delivery within 7 working days, when i didnt receive the item as promised i rang them and was told that the gearbox would be with me in 2 more days, i was given a tracking number, but couldnt find the illusive gearbox...after several fone calls my gearbox was delivered 12 days after the initial date that i was promised...as luck would have it i knew the delivery driver, and he showed me the dispatch invoice...the gearbox was dispatched 4 days previous to me receiving it from nottingham. Definately wont use this crowd again...cant be trusted.

My purchase was on Thursday the 7th of April and I was quoted 5-7 days delivery time scale. Working days was not quoted to me. So expected arrival of the engine by the 14th of April.

I phoned them on Thursday the 14 of April while working and was told the issue for the late delivery was due to easter bank holidays even though the first bank holiday was the 15th of April 8 days post ordering.

I was promised delivery on Wednesday the 20th of April and I confirmed that a person would be present for its arrival at the garage.

On Wednesday the 20th of April, while in Berlin, I received a phone call no message was left. I did suspect it was from them and returned the call. I was informed the engine was being dispatched for delivery on the 21st of April . I knew no one would be present at the delivery address on this date so had to find an alternative delivery address for the engine. On doing so I phoned motors in motion back and arranged the delivery to this new address. It was actually delivered on this date to the new address.

As such the engine was not delivered within the 3-5 days promised on ordering/ payment.

I confirm that long engine was used in my request on your website (1st choice) not complete engine. My understanding of long engine is

There are many types of long blocks, but includes crankshafts, cylinder heads, camshafts, and valve trains that serve to move the cylinder. As a rule, a long block includes not only the fuel system and all the electrical components, as well as engine and exhaust intake components.

As such I believe the engine supplied is not to the description of long engine that I requested.

I am presently asking my credit company who I paid then with to becoming involved and considering the use of a lawyer in this matter. however the lack on any communication from them including an invoice will be an issue in this.

Ordered an engine and paid in full then ended up waiting 12 weeks for delivery. Every time I followed up with them I was given excuse after excuse. Very poor communication, never return your calls. Would not recommend them.

What a friendly helpful company,
they helped me all they could for me to get the right part I needed for my skoda replying to all my messages and having all the patient's putting up with all the mistakes I was making with numbers.

Had the very best service...ever !....would recommend this company to anybody....Ordered a master cylinder for a old Van and got excellent advice and the part arrived the next day b4 10am and I only ordered it the afternoon before.

Absolute rip off merchants. Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs.
