He was friendly and had great knowledge and he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free as possible . Mark took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the level of service I received—highly recommend asking for Mark if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience! Plus helped with transferring my private reg to my new car. Absolutely pleasure.

Happy to take your money, but the moment you call with any issues, they completely wash their hands of it and pass you off to the “under warranty” garage — which is just as useless. I discovered a chip in the windscreen I was never told about, the speakers don’t work, the car needs tracking, and there are several other issues I raised with Motorshift. Every time, they just palm you off to the garage, who then report back to Motorshift for them to refuse to do any work.

The whole setup feels shockingly unprofessional. Once the sale is done, they want nothing to do with you. Save yourself the hassle and stay well clear of these cowboys.

James at Motorshift has been amazin from start to finish !!! Finding me a better car than I asked him for, getting me a top spec car with £5,000 worth of extras and a year newer plus fully serviced and valeted even put me diesel in to get me home.

The gentlemen made us feel at ease , was very patient, recommended a finance company who were very quick for us , they never pressured us as we was on holiday the week after we put a deposit down for the vehicle. Fin and Danny were great .

I purchased a Volvo xc60 from Motorshift a few weeks back from Finn , car was presented lovely and I purchased the car , 2 weeks later I come across a warning light and slight issue , I got the car back to Motorshift and dealt with Danny the sales manager, he got the car straight into a garage and diagnosed the problem , yeah I was with out a car for just over a week but he dealt with me in a way where I felt the company cared , he even kept the car for 2 days more to drive it him self to make sure the issue was solved. I would recommend the garage to anyone. Great team and great after sales service.

Bought a 330i from these guys and Mark looked after me from start to finish. Was a little worried leaving a deposit over the phone to hold the car but when I got there the car was near perfect. Mark pulled the stops out and got me a good price on my car and I've had it a week now and couldn't be happier. They have a fair few decent cars too. Not a bad word to say about them and will be back when the Mrs is ready to swap hers. Well done guys. Very happy.

Purchased a bmw 1 series from motorshift a while back and been meaning to leave a review. The car has been great. Danny was very helpful in helping me choose the right car for my needs. Would recommend this company to anyone they are a good set of lads who are super helpful and helped me choosing my new car.
