We went to view and test drive a 2015 Mazda CX-5. Mr Muhammed was super helpful, not pushy and explained everything answering all questions. We travelled from York and went the following day to collect it as we were part exchanging my old car. The process was smooth and we felt confident completing the purchase. On route back to York their was an issue so we called and he said to bring it back which we did. A mechanic came and they did everthing to identify the fault. Once identified they advised a repair was needed so we left the vehicle with them to repair. We were kept up to date and once repair completed the car was delivered to York with the stamped garage receipt free of charge. Funds had already been exchanged so they could of told us to use our wareanty, however they didnt. They wanted to rectify the issue. We cannot fault the customer service and would go back again. Thank you so much Ahmed. Probably the best car purchase experience we have had.
