Greeted as soon as I entered. No pressure from staff. I was given the keys to a couple of cars I wanted to see and left alone to have a good look. I was offered a test drive. The salesman was really helpful in explaining the features. I got a fair trading in price. Collection & trade in was very smooth.

Would have given a 5 but the delivery communication between sites poor and I was told misstruths ,was told the car was in transit but actually hadnt left site so I picked it up 320mile round trip,but that said everything else went ok

As easy as buying a car can be. Part exchange, finance if needed, drive away same day option, which I did. Good choice of used, nearly new and low mileage vehicles. No issues with car. Presented in spotless condition . Excellent service from friendly sales person.

After purchasing my nearly new Hyundai from Motorpoint Birmingham, I noticed a few very small dents on the doors. Unfortunately, the Birmingham branch wasn’t able to get these sorted at the time of purchase, but they arranged for me to be looked after by my nearest branch in Widnes.

I spoke with Ashley, who was extremely helpful and efficient in arranging an appointment for me to bring the car in.

I dropped the car off at 2pm and went for a walk while the work was carried out. Just 25 minutes later, I received a call to say that all three dents had been successfully removed. I was genuinely impressed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with what was, although only a minor issue, something that was understandably a little annoying after buying the car.

The whole process was completely hassle-free, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service from Ashley and the team at Motorpoint Widnes.

I’m absolutely delighted with the service I’ve received and would definitely recommend Motorpoint. After my experiences with both the Birmingham and Widnes branches, I’d be very happy to return as a customer when it’s time for my next car.

Came in with a vague idea of what I wanted. The staff were friendly and allowed me to have a look around. Following their process I successfully picked a car I liked with my budget and managed to go home the same day with it. They clearly explained all information I needed and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them
