Motorpoint - Peterborough Omdömen 

I have purchased my last 2 cars with motorpoint. I am very pleased with my car. The service from sam who I have dealt with twice was excellent. I found him genuine and honest. His knowledge was very helpful.

Perhaps very unlucky as bought the car from hell from here so if they say they check them over that’s utter rubbish, customer service is lacking ,if any problems occur they will leave you to sort out everything even towing it back to them and getting it fixed, will never use again.

This was our third purchase from Motorpoint and the service we received from Kelvin Nightingale was of the usual high standard. Friendly, efficient and caring, supporting us through our decisions, showing a great deal of respect and patience, we were never rushed and never pressured. Thank you.

Effortless from arriving to driving away with a new car

100% recommend, very helpful, allowed you to look around before coming over to see if you want any help, they understood what you where looking for, answered any questions, a big thanks to Josh he was very helpful understood what I was looking for and not pushing me into having what I didn’t want, the process was easy as Josh went through it step by step, would recommend to friends and family

It took over 3 hrs from going in the showroom with an appointment to leaving with the car . the guy that was helping us was brilliant but he had to keep going up the ladder to get authorisation for an issue with the car that needed sorting

Staff on hand whilst not being pushy when looking at the vehicles on the lot, but very helpful and attentive during the buying process, could be easier for those older customers who do not do Internet banking, overall, I found the whole buying experience very satisfactory.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Motorpoint P’ Boro, I was met by Henry very polite and patient and then paperwork and admin was done by Josh, made sure we understood what we were signing and made us feel comfortable.

I went with a view to buy a car from a few makes of cars, but ended up buying something completely different. This was due to not being pressurised by sales people & the sheer quantity of cars on display. I was given lots of time, and opportunity to sit in cars/test drive and enjoy the experience. All my questions were answered in a professional manner.

Gave all information requested also any car I wanted to see was made available. Once I had made my choice the trade in price was quickly established allowing the deal to be concluded

From start to finish it was a super experience, great communication before I collected my new car and when I got to the Peterborough showroom, the staff were all friendly and welcoming and it was so very well organised.
Sophie was brilliant! She was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me as much time as I needed to look over the car and explained everything to me. She made the transaction and paperwork easy and stressless.

Friendly staff with no pushing to go outside of my budget. We were helped by Sophie on the day I was looking at cars and Kelvin when I collected. Both were lovely and made the experience a nice one. My only slight niggle is that we were asked to book a time to collect and then had to wait over 30mins for someone to be available.
