Greeted by a friendly Zac. We were dealt with in a friendly, no pressure way! We were very happy all round with the service received.

Very helpful. Answered all my questions on the test drive, then when I called them, and by email, and in person later. Very kind throughout the process, clearly trying to go above and beyond. Very grateful to them.

Motorpoint Norwich. Excellent service from start to finish. We didn't intend to buy a car on the day as just wanted to look at a couple of different cars. We weren't hassled on arrival, just a polite ask what we wanted to look at. Kacey was brilliant, professional and very friendly. Listened to what we wanted and why, took plenty of time to answer all the questions we had about hybrid. Showed us an alternative to what we went to see....and we bought it!! When I got home with my new car I noticed that there was no tyre inflation kit, so it was just as well I didn't get a puncture on the 40 mile journey home. Secondly I lifted the bonnet up and the engine compartment and underside of the bonnet were absolute filthy. When I pointed this out to the salesman he said our cleaners aren't allowed to clean under the bonnet. WHY NOT.

Dave was great, no pressure but efficient and helpful. I would use motorpoint Norwich again

Very good interaction from the sales staff. Not rushed at all. Very Busy. Upon inspection found tiny dent in the hatch, this was repaired. Got a tyre pressure warning light keep coming on , been back , only to be told they are very sensitive.
So guess i will have to live with it.
Overall fairly good experience

Brilliant from start to finish Zac at Norwich was brilliant very helpful and friendly, we travelled to Portsmouth as we didn’t have time for our car to be moved and the guys there were excellent as well I am very particular about my cars and Portsmouth worked with Norwich to make sure the car was perfect. I can’t recommend motorpoint enough! Save yourself the stress of dealing with the cowboys these guys are professional and also extremely cheap.

Visited Motorpoint Norwich on two occasions. Viewing a car and then to have a test drive and part exchange quote. Both times well looked after and everything explained about potential purchase. Any questions answered efficiently and effectively.
