Motorpoint - Coventry Omdömen 

Purchased a very lovely Audi and arranged online for a part exchange. Lots of questions were asked about the condition of my car, and I advised I had obviously knocked the odd wheel trim, so I was surprised that they didn’t inform me the car I was buying had significant scratches on the boot lip and they had tried to remove them but couldn’t. They did offer to keep the car for another week and fix the damage, but the hassle would be too much for me to change insurance back again etc, they should have corrected it in the first place. Also the front tyres are only just legal and there is corrosion on the disks.
All said Joe looks after us very well and is a great asset to the team.

If you are thinking of selling your Tesla to Motorpoint do not waste your time. We took our low mileage Model Y to the Coventry branch and the staff member insisted that the car needed an annual service, despite Tesla stating that it is not necessary. The staff member was also quite rude.

The guys and girls at cov are just great. I have bought about 14 cars from them for family friends and myself and never had an issue. Say no more.Good luck to Simon on his new job at oldbury Cliff

This was the first time of buying a car from motorpoint in Coventry. I had seen the car on the website and so went to look at it at the store.
From the off the service I received was fantastic I was given the key to the car and was allowed all the time in the world to go round it inside and out, without a salesman lingering.
I had a car to trade in and was surprised at the value they gave me for it so thing's were looking promising.
I arranged for a test drive the following day which I completed and then bought the car.
The salesman Jai Bains was very helpful throughout the process and went beyond to assist me. The customer service I received was 100% from start to finish.

The sales staff were great & the handover agent really helpful & informative. However, I was really disappointed when I arrived to test drive the car I had paid £199 (& planned to buy ) to be moved from one Motorpoint agent to the Coventry site was so dirty & stained inside I had to request it was revaleted. Even then the sales agent had to finish the job & it still needed attention when I left. It took the shine off of my purchasing experience & had I not paid for the car to be moved I would have walked away! Ash - the sales agent was great in trying to resolve all these issues which should not have been present from the start.

Friendly, knowledgeable salespeople, with no hard sell and transparent information. David in Peterborough was excellent taking us on a first test drive in a hybrid Toyota, explaining how everythig worked. Toby in Coventry was friendly and efficient processing the car we eventually bought.
