Excellent experience! Martin was so helpful and smoothed the whole process. From first contact to sale I cannot fault the whole process with this company. Initial phone contact was easy, communication great throughout.
Martin was very friendly, proficient, professional, very clear and straightforward, and made the whole process really smooth. At no time did I feel any pressure, which is such a positive, especially for an older person like myself dealing with things on my own! He spent considerable time getting the best photos and clearly marketed it very well as it sold within days!

This review is regarding my experience in dealing with Ian Puttock, Motorhome Depot Woodbridge Ipswich and in no way reflects on the poor experience I had with Graham, Motorhome Depot in Worksop.

I bought a used Autosleeper campervan a few days ago and was fortunate to find myself dealing with Ian Puttock. Obviously he was working on behalf of the seller but, from the buyer's perspective, Ian was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and patiently answered all my questions and concerns.

He kindly picked me up from the station, as I travelled up from Kent, and guided me through all the features the campervan had to offer until I was happy that everything worked fine or was at least as described (the odd imperfection you would expect from a 13 year old vehicle that I had been made aware of).

Ian is clearly a people person - I got on with him right from the start and his laid back, non 'pushy' approach made it a pleasurable experience. He also had a good relationship with the seller and they chatted away while I was on the phone to the insurance company.

I cannot fault Ian Puttock and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services if buying or selling a campervan or motorhome. Many thanks Ian.

I recently purchase my first camper van through Emma & Jamie Mandeville. The experience was faultless from beginning to end. They were extremely courteous and responsive from the initial enquiry onwards and were very organised. They kindly collected me from a local train station when I came to collect the vehicle and conducted a very thorough handover. I had a couple of queries after purchasing the vehicle and they were just as prompt with their responses.

I was rather dreading the process of selling the van; the risk of time wasters, fraudsters, haggling the price, etc. Finding out about Motorhome Depot and reading the reviews gave me the confidence to use them. Very few would sell a house without an estate agent; I look at the idea of a broker the same way. Janet & Paul were amazing. Their attention to every aspect of the sale was so impressive. Photos galore, documents snapped, details redacted - they thought of every aspect. They sifted out time-wasters, handled negotiation and money transfer - all the things I'd been dreading. They certainly earned their cut of the deal. Also impressive was their service to our buyer and the practical help they gave them. Were I to buy a van again, I would use them.

Very helpful and not at all pushy, they moved at our pace and made the whole experience stress free.
Nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend them!

Scott from Motorhome Depot was helpful and friendly. He helped us to organise the checks that we wanted carrying out on the van in terms of liaising with the owners and was able to be flexible to accommodate when we were available. As a company, we feel that Motorhome depot can complicate and lengthen the van buying process and in our experience we have mostly ended up speaking with the owners anyway. The company needs to enable purchasers to test drive the vehicles prior to agreeing a sale, not just on collection. We lost a lot of time on the day trying to organise our own temporary insurance and it was frustrating. The quality of support from MHD has been variable in our experience, with some staff being knowledgeable and helpful and some seeming disinterested and lacking knowledge of the van they are selling.

Ariana & Bernie’s attention to detail was second to none in explaining the whole process with regular updates to keep us informed of the whole process through to completion of sale. I would highly recommend Ariana & Bernie to anyone wishing to sell there Motorhome stress free.

We are pretty upset with Mr Henri Barnett concerning a motor home purchase. We scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle this Firday and speak over the phone to arrange the visit. The broker Henri Barnett didn't ask for a deposit just agreed to see the Motorhome. We asked him to confirm the appointment yesterday and he replied to us that another client got a deposit. This conduct is unprofessional. Mr Henri Barnett should have asked us for a deposit or inform us concerning another offer from a client.
Another interested party was able to proceed sooner and secured the motorhome with a deposit despite the agreement with the broker to not purchase the Motorhome up to Friday, the day of our visit.
Be careful to this broker!

Sold the van for us very knowledgeable he did a good sales job for us would recommend him initial commision and sale was too high but after price reductions on both sides it quickly sold

Scott was great picked me up from station sorted all paperwork. Quick test drive and off I went!! Highly recommend motorhome depot and Scott! I even tipped!!
