I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Around three months ago, I part-exchanged my van with them. Unfortunately, the van they gave me has turned out to be in terrible condition, and I have already had to spend around £3,000 on repairs to get it fixed.
To make matters worse, I have now started receiving letters from the DVLA regarding penalty notices and the tax on my old van. When I part-exchanged the van, Dominic took my V5C document, and it appears that the necessary ownership/keeper process was not completed properly. I am now having to deal with the consequences of this.
I contacted Dominic to try to resolve the situation, but I found his attitude extremely rude and unhelpful. I expected much better customer service, especially after buying a vehicle and part-exchanging my own van with them.
This has been a very stressful and expensive experience. I would not recommend buying or part-exchanging a vehicle with this company based on my experience.

Wouldn’t recommend. Had an issue with the tyres from the start with the warning light being on, was told the “tyre light comes on for fun”. I inflated them as it showed low pressure, but light came back on. I went back to them to explain I think there was a puncture, but they disagreed, overinflated the tyres to 40psi and told me that should be fine. I went to a garage as I didn’t feel right about it, and they quickly told me all 4 tyres were in terrible condition, including multiple punctures, needed immediate replacement and should never have passed the recent MOT. After a lot of back and forth, Motor Buying Group agreed to send me the money to replace the tyres. However, 7 months on, I had an oil leak from multiple places and now it’s showing as engine damage. The garage believes the engine damage has been going on for some time so I think the car they sold me was unsafe from the start. Also found a distinct difference in their manner with me when I was buying the car vs when I’d bought the car and had a problem.

Not a pleasant experience. I'd avoid. View by appointment only means they won't answer your call if you need warranty work, they aren't a trading company on company house. Save yourself some hassles and look elsewhere.
