Ordered tiles and paid on March 7th 2019. Advertised as 4-7 days delivery. 2 weeks went by with no delivery or communication. Emailed 4 times without reply. Finally had reply saying mistake had been made, they were not in stock and would i like replacement or refund. I asked for immediate refund. Was told I could have paypal refund the following Monday. I asked if there was any reason I could not have it now. Shortly after another email arrived saying the tiles were in stock and would be shipped that day and I would reveive them in the time stated on the online site. I replied that that was impossible as I had already waited 2 weeks and the online site said 4 to 7 days. No reply. Waited 7 days. Nothing. Emailed several times to ask eta. Receieved email to say there was no way of knowing as the tiles were not in stock!! Wrote several emails including one in capitals asking for my money back to no avail. Wondering if yet another mistake had been made I wrote one saying ‘where is my order? ‘. Had identical reply to my first one stating that with regret an inventory error had been made and there was no way of knowing when I would receive my order as the goods were not in stock. Persistently emailed saying i wanted redund over several days . Finally paypal refund arrived. No apology or email. Several weeks wasted and stressful period due to hopeless lack of communication, disorganised processing and language barrier as they are in Hamberg not UK. Unlesd you potentially want the same treatment I suggest you avoid. I’m going back to good old Wickes!

Bought some tiles from the UK site and they were delivered from Germany. The tiles were extremely bad quality and I asked to return them for a refund, I got no answer from the company, so had to go through PayPal to get a refund, but I had to pay the return postage cost of £65 to get the tiles to Germany. Big waste of money and I definitely would not recommend using this company.

Mosafil sent me the wrong tiles, after an expensive phone call (to Germany) I was told to send photos of the incorrect tiles. No reply.
After another expensive phone call, 'We'll look at your email and let you know if we will change your tiles'.
Nothing for a couple of weeks then an email of my original invoice with the delivery date changed to that day. 10 days later.... Nothing.

Avoid at all costs!

i ordered some copper metallic mosaic, worth over £700 on line oh my god! the copper is separating from the tile before we even fit them. i rang the company and they said they will not take them back i would have to pay for them to take them back for them to check the problem with the tiles. Cudtomer service is none existent, i spoke to someone who told me they were a Manager. i was shocked to think such with that kind of attitude were still in the world. He told me it was nkt his problem that there was a problem. I would not recommended this company especially if you are in UK, they are a scum.

Ordered samples, never arrived. Never replied to any emails.

I wanted some mosaics which were a little different from those I'd seen on UK websites so I looked a little further afield and found just the right ones in Germany. I am so pleased with them and their reasonable price. Delivery was fast and fairly inexpensive and I was kept informed at every stage. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from Mosafil again, I just need another bathroom to renovate!

I ordered some samples which have never arrived. No reply to emails. Cutting my losses, needless to say won't be buying any tiles from this company

Fantastiske priser og produkt der var helt som ønsket. Leveres hurtigt og i forsvarlig pakning.

1. Company is actually in Hamburg not the UK!!!!
2. The customer service rubbish. Ignoring emails don't want to show any respect.
3. Half the mosaic tiles broken. Its already two weeks and still waiting for new tiles replacement arriving.
I cant finish my shore room!! Totally disappointed.

This company is actually in Hamburg not the UK!!!! Delivery was terribly slow, only to finally receive my package with half the mosaic tiles broken. These really fragile sheets were totally under packaged. Won’t be expecting them to reply to my complaint as they didn’t reply to my inquiry as to why delivery was taking so long!!!!

Bestilte samme slags mosaiksten af to omgange men fik 2 forskellige versioner. Der er lille nuanceforskel i farven og størrelsen som ikke blev set at håndværkerne. Da stene var kommet om var det tydeligt at se forskel, men Mosafil vil ikke tage ansvar for deres fejl.
Virkeligt dårlig service og kan ikke anbefales.

Har købt mosaik fliser ved dem mange er revnet eller slået en flig af har skrevet til dem 6 gange og endnu ik fået noget svar så elendig service bare at ignorere kunder
