We recently used Mortimer’s to sell our house. From contacting them to enquire about putting our house up for sale to the sale completing, the service from Mortimer’s has been excellent. We were very pleased with the valuation that we received from Mortimer’s and our house was on target for price. We received several offers on our house within the first week of putting it up for sale and Mortimer’s guided us through the process smoothly. After accepting an offer we were assigned Vendor Case Handlers who were Veda and Sam. This meant that we were kept in the loop for where we were up to in the sale and, I felt, that they pushed the solicitors forward with the process. We received excellent communication throughout and the sale successfully completed recently. I would highly recommend Mortimer’s Estate Agents.

We are now settled into our new house and the 'experience' of moving which began in August is starting to recede into the distance. First time using Mortimer's to sell a property, they gave us a valuation way above what I was expecting and they managed to find us a buyer in no time at all, for that price. I unfortunately ran in to a LOT of issues with solicitors along the way, but Leaoni made sure everyone was updated, kept in touch regularly with me too, helped where possible with the issues I was facing, and was even just there for me to cry to or have a rant to when it all got too much.
