This was one of my favourite courses to date. Silvian was excellent in managing the delivery of the course and constantly kept the delegates engaged. The course was interactive and group was encouraged to discuss topics openly.
Silvian did well to keep the course interesting and fun to learn.

Lynne was brilliant over the 3 days, including all of the group in a positive engaging and constructive way that enabled to learn the details, bounce off each other and share experiences which made the 3 days very enjoyable . the size of the group worked really well and everyone passing was a result of the hard work and positivity encouraged from lynne whilst challenging us all to learn and understand what was required.

John was excellent at carrying out the training, it just takes far too long for what is being asked. Could easily be completed within half a day rather than a full day.
