El pedido llego en perfectas condiciones y mucho antes de lo esperado!!!!! La calidad de las zapas es una pasada y originales que es lo que buscaba

Compré unas zapatillas Morrison y estoy encantada con la calidad. Son muy cómodas y el diseño es único. Además, me encanta que sean de una marca española ofreciendo productos tan buenos. El envío fue rápido y el proceso de compra sencillo. La atención al cliente fue super buena experiencia, me resolvieron las dudas en cuanto al tallaje, incluso me recomendaron modelos. Las he comprado para mi y para regalar. Sin duda, repetiré.

My last purchase has been the twilight moma ones and I am beyong happy with them. So elegant and comfy, but I have to say that I need a size bigger than I usually use. I also love the web, it gives me so much ideas for outfits that soon I will shop again. Love you Morrison!

Descubrí la marca por influs en IG y me flipa el estilo que tienen. Envío muy rápido y las zapas muy cómodas, me cogí 2 modelos y tallan perfecto. Recomiendo sin duda. Deseando que saquen nuevos modelos.

El servicio al cliente de Morrison es inmejorable. Tuve un pequeño problema con mi pedido, pero lo resolvieron de inmediato y con una gran amabilidad. Las zapatillas que compré son de excelente calidad y el diseño es único, justo lo que buscaba.
Además, el envío fue muy rápido.

Die Schuhe an sich sind sehr schön - mal was anderes, auch von einigermaßen guter Qualität.
ABER die Retoure ist sehr aufwendig und teuer. (außerhalb Spaniens 7€ + 6€ je Paar Schuhe, da ich zur Auswahl bestellt hatte, habe ich ganz schön tief in die Tasche greifen müssen.)

He recibido las zapatillas y están por la parte de la puntera y el tejido todas rascadas ,con el pegamento mal puesto. Al tramitar la devolución me han descontado 11€, que sumados a los gastos que pague por el envio, van a sumar 16€. Teniendo en cuenta que la devolución se ha realizado, por la mala calidad del producto, no por que no me gusten.

Son unos estafadores!! Compre unas zapas hace dos semanas y no me han lleago, segun el estado de mi pedido ya estan en mi casa, pero no! Eso si, en el banco si que se lo han cobrado! 😡
El servicio de atención al cliente es pesimo!! NO COMPREIS SON UNOS TIMADORES

Truly dreadful. I ordered items for home delivery costing over £100. They didn’t arrive. I rang and cancelled the order but received an email a day later saying the order was being picked. I rang up the next day and again asked to cancel.
No response. Today got an email saying they were being delivered in 2 hours. I am not at home. I rang customer service who flatly refused to help and showed no interest. I have now no idea what’s going on only that they’ve taken £108 from my credit card. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to reverse the payment.
Quite the worst customer service.

Chaussures de mauvaise qualité !
La semelle de ma première paire s'est fendue après quelques mois d'utilisation. J'ai racheté une seconde paire : même problème après 5 mois, chaussures inutilisable par temps de pluie, pieds trempés. Pas de geste commercial proposé par la marque. Je n'achèterai plus cette marque et ne la recommande pas au vu du prix de la chaussure !

After complaining about the increase of 40% on an item over 2 month period all i got was a reply word for word as a got a reply about cafe prices increased in the summer and reduced items on the meal so when complaining nothing done just a message which is automatically sent how about sacking the guy who sends these messages and just let a robot send a message to ever complan ing sure that save morrisons some of the profit i have now contacted rip of britain and a researcher is looking into this seeing how many products are being increased weekly and monthly by large percentages looking forward to same reply again

Morrisons cafe ordered 2 breakfasts coffee machine on blink told to walk around the store tatie scone burnt sausage burnt bacon cold

Ordered shoes and a hat. Never got it. So I tried to get my money back with klarna. They said they have the order tracked and saw it arrived. I never got any tracking. I can't see the proof. So how can I know I recieved it? Hope someone is happy with my shoes and hat cause I had to pay or I would have to pay more. Cause customer service from morrison and klarna didn't helped me. So no customer protection at all. Horrible

He comprado una sudadera y unas bambas , la sudadera talla S es mucho más grande de tallaje. Las bambas correctas .
Pregunto a su servicio mediante WhatsApp sobre las camisas , para saber si son de tallaje grande y no recibo una sola respuesta . Muy mal servicio de atención al cliente . No les compro más.

I've bought ZETA model and I can say they're really cool and comfy. Shipping was nice and quickly. They fit perfect.

Me encantan. Los diseños son preciosos. Me las pongo todos los dias porque se adaptan muy bien a mi pie. Recomendado 100%. Y encima es una marca española.

I can't use the morrison gift card 50 prounds purchased from Jamdoughnut and Morrison gift card hotline staff is asked me to try and try on another store until I can use it! How come I can't buy the goods on morrison which near my home and need to drive over 15 mins to buy it! It's really ridiculous, if I need to drive, I will go to Sainsbury, Asda, Tesco. This experience let me to decide to reduce spending on Morrison as I lost 50 prounds now!!!

Compré en junio las "millenial red". En 10 días de uso se han estropeado la suela en la parte del talón.

Les he mandado dos email con fotos pidiendo solución.. y ni he recibido contestación.... Tendré que ir a consumo porque no me parece normal en unas zapatillas de 80€
