Morocenter Omdömen

Delays in delivery. Plastic topper for 'tree' which looks fabric in picture. Nowhere near enough fabric supplied : 4 pieces 24cmx45cm will NOT give me the three dozen 16cm squares the instructions say are equired. Very disappointing. Wish I could attach a photo of pack contents ... bizarre, not as expected no reference to some of them in instructions ... including 10 plastic safety pins, 50 white dots, 16 needles and something I don't recognise at all!

Hi, I have ordered a atem on this website.
After countless of attempts to try and find out where my item was, still no response.
I am from Australia, and very hard to get in touch
After my purchase, including reciepts, no info.

Won't be ordering from the this shop/ retailer again.

Piss poor. Just chucked $100 down the toilet
Screw you Morocentre

This company sells counterfeit goods. Do not buy.

After waiting for weeks and communicating through email I realized that I was not going to get what I ordered. After they told me on July 17 that my order was on the way. 2 days later they told me that it was delivered on July 9th.
DONT ORDER FROM MOROCENTER ITS A BIG SCAM.

They really don’t even deserve 1 star , I brought a craft item from Morocenter to make a beaded model sewing machine all i received was some cheap plastic beads that i could have got in any $2 shop. After several emails they still refused to send the rest of craft item and said would i be happy with 10% refund I said no i want what i paid for . They still refused . How do these companies stay in business when they treat their customers like this , i am very disappointed. DO NOT BUY. FROM MOROCENTER
Michelle

They are a scam. Don't trust them.

Have had a bad exsperiance would NOT recomend this company there full of shit scam alert .

Product came way too late
Product cheapest possible quality
Size does not match standard advertised size- Larg = Xlarg
Customer service does not provide any help. they linger your return request until expired, also will ask you to pay shipping cost to an international destination and wait for them to receive it and then give refund. But since there are so may red flags, I am not stupid to trust them and send the product back with additional cost out of my pocket and wait for a refund that will never arrives.

The book I order (Encyclopedia Prehistoric Dinosaurs) was a total disapointment for the money. It it had more than 35 pop-ups in the book. There are only 3. Not what I expected for my money.

My Dad was served one of their adverts on YouTube. It was AI generated and advertising the sale of big outside lamps. He bought what was supposed to be an offer for four. What arrived was one tiny lamp. Shocking. Scam company, do not buy anything from them.
