They advertise this as USB powered when in fact it is powered by butane, contrary to the advertisement. Here's the wording from the ad: "But LuxBlaze changed everything. Instead of gas or butane, it runs on Ion Pulse technology, generating an 1,800-degree plasma flame that can cut through metal in seconds." FALSE! When I called, at first they offered a discount on a future purchase or 20% refund - that is, until I reminded the representative about their so-called 90-day money back guarantee. They said they would issue one which hopefully will go through. Stay clear of this vendor.

This LuxBlaze Ion Pulse Lighter is advertised that it does not use Butane and that is a LIE. It uses Butane, just like ant other lighter, the ads are LIEs

Well, I received your cigarette lighters. Can't find my order on your site. What a surprise. You may find this hard to believe. But my story is real. I got OUT OF a Mexican timeshare. How did I blow them up online? They called me and let me out of the timeshare at no cost. It's hard to do, friend. My part was to take down all my posts. I am a reasonable person. I did my part.

Then these lovely people. Several news outlets and specialized organizations actively help consumers by investigating complaints, exposing scams, and providing product reviews. Key resources include Consumer Reports for independent testing, local news investigations like "7 On Your Side" (ABC), and dedicated teams like NBC Responds, which has returned over \(\$100\) million to viewers. I think that is fewer than the number of people reviewing your rebar-cutting product. Plasma cutting, really?

Then I will post this on every YouTube page that reviews the cutting through a soda can story.

I didn't look into the package to see if there was an order number. I don't believe it, because of your company's description of the NASA-made product. You would actually send me a refund. Don't send a check. I may have bought your military-grade lighter. But EVERYONE knows not to take a check for anyone in Utah. Cash is king.

Make me whole. And you will never hear or see a post from me. I will send the products back to you today. OR, OR send me a lifetime supply of butane. Either or.

Lux blaze is nothing but a scam leading you in with big lies and ai generated b.s. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

All sensational internet ad campaigns are 99% scams. Typically the tease adds extra services and warranties not requested, plus big S&H fees only visible on the email receipt. Customer service is email only and results in the order "has already processed"? Although a cheap Chinese product is dispatched. Full refunds say "return to sender". Instructions to put a copy of the order in the package renders this USPS option useless because it is opened. Expect to pay additional shipping costs to return the package.

I wish I could give lower than one star. This whole ad and luxblaze experience is a scam .n they outright lie with their claim that luxblaze is 100% electric plasma no gas , no butane total lie. It's a big childish stupid lighter that uses up a butane refill in about 10 seconds . I complained and asked for my money back and got the run around they use tactics like using other independent selling platforms so they when you complain to luxblaze they just pass the buck back and forth then send a random email saying we closed the complaint citing ignorance on my part. Really maddening to know the United States supports deceptive marketing practices and rip you off back alley style bullshit don't buy this , don't fall for it .

This lighter is advertised as a Tesla coil lidar, it is not it? Is a buutane fed Torch that goes out very easily. If the flame is turned up, it also says that it's stainless steel and it appears to be plastic. This is nothing but a novelty.

Lux Blaze plasma is a flat out lie. They sent me a bulky piece of crap butane with a weak ass flame.

Exceptionally FALSE advertising. This company is looking for easily manipulated consumers with their AI generated video.

This heavily advertised lighter is claimed to use no fuel - only electricity. That's completely false. It is a butane torch. It does put out a strong flame, but it is simply a high output butane "lighter" (more like a propane torch)
