I've ordered after receiving a sample and checking several retailers online.
It was easy and straightforward and delivery came right on time.
Good service all around.

Fantastic services, fantastic prices and the team are extremely helpful

Very good service, delivered on time and good communication. Carpet is also very nice

Excellent service was always happy to help would highly recommend

Thoroughly excellent service - I wanted a carpet from a discontinued range to match what had previously been fitted in an ajoining building. I had tried my usual suppliers to no avail.

Mel took all of the information down and called me back about an hour later stating she had found the amount required - a feat some 5+ other companies had failed to do.

Many thanks once again.

Excellent price and customer service

Fantastic customer service, item as described and delivery on time. Thanks Mel for your help when ordering

Very helpful team and great service

Bought a Cormar carpet- best price I could find online and delivered on time. Excellent customer service, will definitely be using Morgan and Quinn again. Thank you!

Fantastic service and great quality carpet - far cheaper than the same carpet you can buy from the retail parks!

Saved a small fortune buying the carpet direct through Morgan and quinn and getting a local carpetfitter. Was really nervous as usually I go through a carpet shop but moneys tight post covid so just went for it and it couldn't have been easier. Mel was great and gave me assurances. Easy to order. Easy to arrange delivery (and rearrange when it came in a little early). Easy to track delivery on the day. Carpet is perfect. Couldn't ask for more. I've already recommended both Morgan and my carpet fitter to family and friends so they can do the same.

Great carpet at a great price. Initially questioned the price as it’s considerably lower than most retailers, however Brockway confirmed they have a partnership with M&Q. Also checked in with the warehouse themselves who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Carpet quality is great as well. Reason for 4/5 stars is that I initially purchased the carpet in Black Friday, however was later contacted to say it was listed at the wrong price (too low) and therefore my order had been cancelled. I then had to reorder at the original price. Having said that, it’s still considerably lower than other retailers.

Ordered some carpet and underlay as the price was the best I could find. Turned up when they said it would. One happy customer and would readily use again

The carpet was of great quality and I had a good variety of choice. Customer service was excellent and I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much, I love my new carpet.

Recently ordered a large amount of carpet for a whole house renovation. Each piece of carpet came cut exactly to size, well packaged, with great communication from the team throughout regarding delivery which only took a week from ordering. Highly recommend

Bought from this company as price was 35% cheaper than my local supplier! Also, they sent a sample, and my phone call was dealt with efficiently and clearly. my order was delivered promply and the carpet - laid yesterday - looks lovely. Am really pleased with the service. Many thanks.

Really helpful when ordering online and able to advise date for delivery. Carpet delivery team also excellent. Would definitely use again

Recently ordered two pieces of carpet and underlay at very competitive prices.
I have to say the service was fantastic. Ordered Friday lunchtime and available for delivery the following Tuesday.

Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and well priced

Recently purchased Abingdon Satin Touch Calico. From start to finish the staff have been so helpful and even put my mind at rest assuring me the carpets were not seconds, I only questioned this after finding the carpet £8sqmt cheaper, so I naturally assumed it would be seconds. Carpet arrived on time and well packaged. Today our carpet fitter fitted the carpet and I am over the moon. So today I had a live chat with Mel to arrange ordering carpet for our lounge, Mel has been so helpful and advised I order samples. Once these arrive we will most definitely ordering the lounge carpet from Morgan & Quinn, overall great customer service and massive savings for us, thank you team!
