Great customer service. Helpful and kept me updated. Carpet arrived on the date given and carpet in perfect condition.
Would recommend and would order again.

Great Customer service. Very responsive. High quality carpet and good price and low delivery cost. Would buy again.

Very good personal communications about delivery on a large carpet roll . We are a bit remote but Mel managed to get the delivery pulled forward from the manufacturer. Coupled with the best online price that we had found for that carpet.

Beautiful carpet, amazing prices and super friendly sales staff who dealt with sorting my delivery. I’ll be back for more in the future.

Team were friendly, professional, and timely. They worked with me to ensure that my order was fulfilled prior to our move in date and couldn't thank them more for that.

We bought what we worried might be a cheap carpet at £12 (Abingdon flooring stain free country weave biscotti) but are really pleased with the quality and feel and it looks expensive! We did use a top quality underlay (Tredaire Dreamwalk).
I’d highly recommend Morgan and Quinn and it was delivered on time.

A good discount on the floor I wanted, even after delivery charges this still saved me around £80.

All products delivered in tact and no damage.

The carpet was delivered quickly and I achieved a great saving over normal retail. The carpet itself was excellent

Great service, and price is even better, my carpet was delivered 3 days after ordering.

Staff were extremely helpful in regards to their online chat.

It is the first time I have used Morgan and Quinn but I have to say they were helpful from the first question to the last. They kept me informed of the process and the carpet duly arrived on time. The Customer support was second to none and the day before delivery I was given a text message to say when the carpert was going to be delivered. Great company, great pricing on the carpet we required and great delivery. Thank you, I will be back.

Very good communication and flooring packaged well. Did exactly what a flooring supplier should. Great experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Everything was as advertised, delivered the products as ordered and at a great price compared to local retailers.

Many thanks

I ordered the Hugh Mackay deco pinstripe carpet in black/cream and I have to admit I was a bit nervous, as I’ve only ever gone to a local store for supply and fitting.
I was needlessly fretting, as the carpet arrived in excellent condition on the day I expected and the online price and delivery charge was competitive. I spoke to Mel in the office a couple of times and she was lovely and very reassuring.
My only slight disappointment was that the cream stripes aren’t quite as deep a colour as I’d have liked, but this is nothing to do with Morgan & Quinn and I should have got a sample to check. I would definitely buy from Morgan & Quinn again.

The products are excellent - I was in contact throughout the process with Mel who kept me updated regularly and was very helpful, friendly and professional - I needed my delivery on certain a day and Mel organised everything - great company who I highly recommend

Delivered as expected and Mel personally kept us informed

I ordered a 5m wide carpet for a room that was 4.97m wide. The carpet I received was 4.95m wide so it was too small for the room. Unfortunately, I couldn't delay fitting so the fitter stuck down some excess from the length but it looks a bit messy.

I contacted Morgan and Quinn and they explained their 5m carpets can be anywhere from 4.95m and 5.05m and as it states this in their terms they would not offer compensation.

I understand this position, but I think it should be highlighted clearly at time of adding to basket. I was under the impression I would receive a machine cut 5m width.

Otherwise no issues, good prices and good delivery - but be careful if needing the full ordered width!

So happy with our new floor tiles, looks amazing.
Delivery was on time and would fully recommend Morgan & Quinn

We ordered this carpet for our stairs and it is very good quality. The service was great from Mel and the team

Have bought all our upstairs carpets via Morgan and Quinn (3 rooms in total over the past 3 years) so happy they stock the beautiful Brockway Beachcomber Strand wool carpet in Driftwood. Gorgeous carpet, great quality and such a lovely feel to the foot. Morgan and Quinn provide a great service with competitive prices, the team have always been helpful and answered any queries I had and delivery was great. Would highly recommend!

We are very happy with our carpet (Axminster). Morgan and Quinn were a great company to deal with. Great communication and fast delivery, very competitive price too.
