I've had my eye on the chunky necklace for a while and took the plunge recently. I made a boob on the delivery element - selected collection in error but swift communication meant that was easily remedied. Excellent communication throughout and the necklace is all I dreamed it would be ! So delighted - will buy further items!

Excellent service, personalised one of their products for me and were very responsive and quick replying to emails. Went in person for fingerprints and had fantastic, patient service. Product delivered quicker than expected and even had a phone call to double check our unusual address. Have used them many times before and will definitely be using again.
