What a brilliant company with outstanding customer service,purchased a leather bracelet for my husband which was beautiful but unfortunately too large for him,as I bought it in early preparation for his birthday by the time his birthday came round the return deadline has passed, I contacted Morgan and French and the still very kindly said they’d accept it back for a resize .All I had to pay was postage to send it back,I returned it and received it back within 3 days!!! I can’t fault this company for both their service and product …Thank you Morgan and French ,I’m one very happy customer and you are fab .

Can you read it easily?
I ordered the bracelet and did wonder if the writing/engraving would be large enough to read by any passers-by or medical staff, ie paramedics. On receiving the bangle I discovered that most people could read it easily enough even with four lines of print. It does look very attractive and seems pretty robust and with the rhodium finish it should stay shinning for some time I hope. It's a quite comfortable fit but would suggest a +2cm or more to get a looser and more comfortable one. I chose the +1.5 and it's not quite enough.

It is really lovely. Very delicate. Finely engraved. Came in a little drawstring bag with instructions on maintaining copper piece and with a soft cloth. Beautifully made and presented.

From the moment I ordered all communication was brilliant, and my questions were answered promptly. I ordered a Silver Anniversary gift for my husband and couldn’t be happier. The silver bead & bands are good quality and engraved exactly as instructed and it looks gorgeous on the black leather band. I had concerns about it not arriving in time, but it was actually with me within 4 days of ordering. Would highly recommend.
