Secret Chambers Ashes Ring - NOT THE SIZE ORDERED
I ordered a Secret Chambers Ashes Ring. I measured my finger using their own ring gauge (I also double-checked using my own mandrel and metal ring gauge). However, the ring did not fit. I took it to two separate jewellers in town. One measured it at a whole size smaller. The other measured it at a half size smaller. Both measured my finger as per the size I ordered. Morgan and French are saying they are correct and the ring is the ordered size. Considering the nature of the ring this is very distressing. They offered to re-measure (not re-size!!) the ring for free if I sent it back to them, however, if it proved they were correct I would have to pay for this service. I think not!

We’re very sorry that Debra is unhappy, and we do recognise how emotionally significant memorial jewellery can be.
The ring was made to the size ordered and checked at multiple stages before despatch. To resolve the concern, we offered for the ring to be returned so it could be assessed here. We also made it clear that if the ring was found not to be the size ordered, we would resize it free of charge. If the ring was confirmed to be the size ordered, any resizing would be chargeable, as this would be a change rather than a correction.
This is a fair and standard approach, and it was explained clearly. Debra chose not to return the ring to us, which meant we were unable to verify or resolve the issue directly.
Our intention throughout was to offer a practical resolution while handling a sensitive piece responsibly. That offer remains open should Debra wish to take it up.

Ordered personalized cufflinks for my son’s 30th and they were perfect. He was delighted with them. Was unsure whether to pay the very expensive supplement for fast delivery (almost £60) but decided to take a chance and they arrived within a few days. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Gentleman’s cat paw bracelet
I ordered a men’s bracelet with our cat’s paw print.
The standard make time is 2 weeks, but I mentioned that it was my son’s birthday in about 10 days. What a wonderful surprise to be contacted on the day of his birthday to be notified that the bracelet was ready!

Extremely Disappointing Experience and no resolution offered
Extremely Disappointing Experience, Still No Wedding Rings and no resolution offered!
I ordered personalised wedding rings from Morgan & French and the experience has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The parcel was marked as “delivered”, but it was not delivered to me, nor to anyone in my household, nor to any agreed safe place. It simply never arrived.
Despite providing clear evidence that I was abroad at the time and could not have accepted the delivery, the customer service team repeatedly insisted that GPS to the building and a generic signature in a communal hallway were enough to consider the order “successfully delivered”.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, Morgan & French refused to refund or replace the items and made me feel as though I was trying to “play the system”, which was especially upsetting given these were meant to be our wedding rings.
I’ve now had to source alternative rings at short notice and raise a chargeback through my card provider for goods paid for but never received.
I will not be shopping with this company again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
Amex refunded the amounts and they can take it up with this company. BUYERS BEWARE

We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, especially given how meaningful wedding rings are.
We always do our best to resolve delivery issues fairly, and in cases where something has genuinely gone wrong in transit, we of course replace or refund orders. In this instance, however, the parcel was sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and confirmed as delivered to the address provided. The courier evidence included GPS data matching the property, a photograph showing the parcel within the communal area of the building, and a signature captured at the time of delivery. While we understand you were travelling, you advised us that other occupants were present, and Royal Mail does not require the named addressee to personally accept delivery at the delivery address.
Based on this evidence, the order was recorded as successfully delivered, which is why we were unable to offer a replacement or refund directly. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
