Here’s to my 1,701st class with MoreYoga,
and with those online ones during 2020,
I’ve surely crossed two thousand hours on the mat.

Each one a quiet breath, a lesson,
a reminder to stay steady when life encounters.

I’m endlessly grateful for this community,
for the teachers who guide with kindness,
for the familiar faces, the gentle smiles,
for the space that asks nothing but presence.

It wasn’t easy to move through the hardest years,
yet MoreYoga stood like a calm centre in the storm.
Now, seeing new studios open in more neighbourhoods,
I feel joy, to see more people finding peace,
more hearts connected through practice.

Thank you for keeping yoga accessible,
for choosing substance over show.
MoreYoga isn’t the fanciest place in London,
and that’s its quiet beauty.
It’s not for display,
it’s for people,
for yogis.
for stillness, humility, and peace beyond peace.

I love Moreyoga, I've been coming for 5 years now and know the studios and teachers I like and have a great time everytime I go. Thanks for providing afforable yoga.

More yoga has a great range of classes for all levels, it’s an affordable price and whilst some of the studios can get a bit squished I’ve never found it a problem. Easy to use app and booking system as well

MoreYoga is great. There are studios everywhere and a variety of classes - Ashtanga, mindful flow, yin, dharma!

The teachers themselves are wonderful to! Especially, Guisy, Emma and Alexander in south London! They do adjustments, make the classes relaxing and fun. You always leave feeling better!

I have been practising with MoreYoga for a long time and it is a part of my routine I couldn't do without!

It's easy to book classes within the app and they are not always full and there's usually enough space to book last minute. There are studios across London so I can always pop in on my way to or from work or when I'm in the city.

The membership is such good value and you really get a lot for your money, especially with their half price for life offer. I've brought a few friends who all love it there too.

Many thanks especially to the Tower Bridge instructors (my home studio) who are so knowledgeable and always willing to stay after to talk through the practice or any questions.

The teachers are amazing but different, so you can choose the ones who suits you better and your practice.
There are plenty studios and different timetable so not excuse for not going.
The price is reasonable

Oh my gosh, I'm absolutely OBSESSED with the yoga classes here! 🙌🏼✨ The instructors are so knowledgeable, kind, and patient – they make you feel like you're in a safe space to just breathe, you know? 🌿💆‍♀️ The classes are challenging, but in the best way possible, you leave feeling like you can take on the world! 🌟 Highly recommend to anyone looking to find their zen and get a great workout 💪🏼

I love More Yoga for its inclusivity. More Yoga makes yoga accessible for everyone. Taking care of your body, mind, and soul should be available for everyone to practice, not just for the wealthy few. I love that there are so many studios across London, even in my local area there are three studios on my doorstep! Each teacher brings a different style, and their unique ways of teaching means that you always have something new to learn. The variety of classes also means that you can choose your classes more intuitively, by listening to what you feel you need on any given day

My go to studio is Clapham Junction, on Falcon Road, as I love the community vibe there.

One of my favourite classes is David O’s Pilates class on a Saturday, as it’s so invigorating and energising. But I also love doing Candle lit yoga with Sound healing bowls back to back. It restores my entire nervous system and is one of my favourite ways to enjoy a Friday night.

The teacher who radically changed my yoga practice, and still continues to, is Michelle L. She seamlessly guides you through each position with such clear procession, making it easy to understand each yoga position and technique. Her focus on alignment has helped me to deepen and strengthen my practice; helping me to move more fluidly without tension. Where there was effort and strain moving through, and holding positions, now there is lightness and flow. Her strength and discipline always inspires and challenges me to go beyond my limits. She holds and supports everyone she teaches. Helping and encouraging everyone in her class, whatever their ability. Her energy never falters, and is consistently grounding, empowering, and reassuring. She always generously offers hands on assistance for those who want it, and positively affirms throughout. I feel a deep gratitude for her offerings, teaching, and guidance, and my yoga practice wouldn’t be what it is without her.

I've been going to the Bermondsey and Elephant and Castle studios for a few months now. Both have a great variety of classes, lovely and patient teachers and a nice ambience.

Great range of classes and styles. Friendly welcoming atmosphere, whether your a seasoned Yogi or a first timer. Loved how it has helped me get into Yoga for a great price.

More Yoga makes yoga accessible!
I was a semi-frequent practitioner of yoga before signing up with More Yoga but always found it expensive and hard to commit to. I love that More Yoga is so affordable, that they have studios all over London so that I can always fit in a class. The standard of teaching is also so fantastic, I know that I will always be able to trust the teacher is of a high standard. My practice has improved so much since joining the More Yoga family and I continue to be a proud member.

Easy to book classes across London with a friendly and very competent instructor. Sometimes I feel there could be more of an effort to build a friendly atmosphere with the other attendees, but overall a nice and enriching experience

MoreYoga is perfect for any one looking to get into yoga or those with an established practice. The teachers I've had are really inviting and inclusive - making adjustments and suggestions throughout the class for people at all levels, so it really is YOUR practice. It's really changed my fitness routine and I would highly recommend as there are loads of classes each week, plenty of studios and it's affordable.

Great local studio with a wide range of classes, and friendly, skilled instructors. Always a nice atmosphere in the classes too.

- teachers are usually great a very on time, kind and welcoming, caring.
- They make sure to adjust the hearing/aircon, open the door for some air circulation yet keeping privacy, adjusting the music… it’s all good things that go beyond the yoga practice

- however standard hygiene practices are missing. By the SECOND yoga session of the day the floors are dirty, there are hair on the floor. Same goes with the blankets, they don’t give a clean vibe. Would it be possible that yoga instructors vacuum the floors quickly between classes?
- on the same line, the space needs aeration in between classes, its quite unpleasant to enter a stuffy room.

MoreYoga is an affordable yoga studio with a great variety of classes and lots of studios so I can join one near work during the week and near home on the weekends, they have added in some Pilates classes which I have been loving , I’ve been a member nearly 2 years and will be renewing my annual membership
