A yoga studio based in Moseley Park & Pool. Providing a welcoming and relaxing environment for all yogis no matter their experience. We offer studio classes, online classes and pre-recorded videos. Excellent start of a new year.
I joined this yoga class as a beginner. A super quiet setting within a park. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The instructor has calm quiet manner and her instruction is very clear to follow.

The perfect winter sanctuary
I have just moved back to Sutton after a few years away and have been blown away by the level of community straight away- the instructors really care and take the time to ease into the class and are there for a chat afterwards. The herbal tea is also a really lovely touch! I have been looking for a place like this for a long time and I'm so happy I found it- the perfect sanctuary in the middle of winter!
