Looks like at best inefficient organisation or at worst another scam outfit.
Placed my order 24th May and rereceived an email on the 25th advising order had been shipped. Money was debited on my account same day.
Having checked the Evri tracking every day since it says they are still waiting for item from supplier.
Sent numerous emails to Mop PRO received one reply back on 28th May advising the order is still being processed and that I would receive it in 2 days. (Contrary to the mail from them telling me order had been dispatched).
Today 1st June... no mop... no contact...money gone.
Wish I had gone down to the high street and bought a mop.

No problem experience, and the Mop is great neat attractive and space saving ,delivery was great

Ordered 5 replacement pads for the mop, order was sent with with a EVRI delivery label but was sent by Royal mail, so I had to pay £5 because there was no postage paid to Royal Mail. Keep being told that this is a scam.

I bought my first mop and never got chance to use it because my partner took it with her when she moved out, So I got myself another to do the laminate floors with, and it worked perfectly no streaks and dried really fast unlike the old traditional mop I tried quite a while ago, but that just left too much water on the boards and I was frightened that would cause the laminate to swell, So I am highly delighted how my new mop works

The Mop arrived with no instructions which wasn’t a problem, however the first time I went to use it the Mop Head was stuck in just one position making it useless!!
I emailed Customer Services who responded telling me they can be a bit stiff to start with! At the risk of breaking it I wasn’t prepared to use any more force than I already had.
They have now told me to return it and they will dispatch another one.
No mention of return postage being paid by them however!

Nice and easy to use

Unfortunately since placing my order on 17th April I still haven’t received the mop! There has been numerous emails and messages chasing the order, which were eventually responded to with the excuse of being delayed in transit and that another mop would be dispatched. Still no mop - I’m hoping my request for a refund isn’t met with the same standard of customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company !!
Mop arrived over a week ago, absolute rubbish and not fit for purpose, despite emailing company 5 times to arrange a return they have not responded.
They are just another social media scam company in my opinion, the mop is nothing like their advertisement and a total waste of money.

Terrible product the mop arrived with a crack and missing one of the velcro tabs so it was unusable. Customer service took multiple emails over weeks for them to come back to me then refused refund unfortunately. Wish I'd never bought it- complete waste of money.

Mop arrived a few days ago by EVRI not the tracked Rotal Mail 58 delivery as chosen.

All instructions were inside the mop bucket with no idea of unpacking and how to use.
Managed to remove the instructions eventually along with map handle and mop head. To find the top of the bucket can actually be removed.
Disappointed.
Having unpacked and started to use mop. Was not that impressed. Not sturdy and flimsy in my opinion and not good value for money.

the mop cleaned the floor well, dry the mop well.

I’m delighted with my new Mop-pro -mop and bucket - start up kit. It’s genius double bucket in one, has made cleaning my floor so much easier. It’s very straightforward to put together, once you’ve worked out that, yes, the top does just snap on and off (it’s a bit stiff to start off with) and that the swivel mop head lies flat one way (when inserting into the “wash” side) but not the other. My entire open plan kitchen, dining and living area was mopped in record time. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Only used my mop once so far so my input is limited. Took me a little while to assemble but I'm sure that will improve. As far as floor cleaning, it worked a treat.

Despite emailing them to advise that Evri had delivered to the wrong address and it wasn't there (it was at another address!) I would suggest they don't use Evri!
However, after unboxing quite a compact bucket it is robust and the mop handles go together quite easily. Doesn't take up a lot of storage space either. Great purchase.

Great mop not sure if i will be replacing my old fashioned mop and bucket quite yet though

They sorted my carrier related problem, quickly, the carrier didn't even reply to me

Great little product , probably wouldn’t stand up to a serious cleaning job as the handle is a bit flimsy but as an everyday “dirty paw” cleaner it’s good as I leave it in the cupboard with water in ready to strike !

Positives to this mop and bucket.
1. I found it easy to use.
2. I like how you can dip, rinse and squeeze the dirty water.
3. The pads are really good quality and the extra pads you get are really handy to have.
4. The bucket is strong and good quality.
5. The handles are strong and easy to put together.
6. It was quite quick to clean my
floors.
7. Really easy to empty with the pull out plugs and to clean out to.
8. Very space saving.
Negatives.
1.It's not very sturdy bucket when taking the mop out.
2. I found it got stuck a bit when rinsing the mop and the pads was coming of.
Apart from that I would recommend to get. Great litte mop.
