Great product, great service & quick delivery too

I have one already and ordered one for my daughter on august 6th, sent 4 emails and messages from their website help option - no response whatsoever. Email on mail demon says their inbox is full so, now dispute with my bank. Don't send your money over - my guess is their inbox is full of people asking where their goods are because evri delivery still saying they are yet to receive the item. Awful.

Ordered a mop on 30th July still haven’t received it on 15th August. Emailed the company several times and they have not even replied. Asked for a refund and once again ignored…disgusting service.

Seven days ago I got an order acknowledgement from Mop Pro in their advertising they say 3 days delivery. I've tried contacting them several times to no avail. I got a reply saying thanks for your message we will get back to you. This is another example of a company cashing your money whilst pretending to be professional and ignoring customers.

Haven’t received my order or any response to my emails. I assume that I’ve lost my money and it’s a bit of a scam or similar. I wouldn’t bother. Similar products available elsewhere for less money.

Like everybody else, ordered, paid extra for next day and it hasn’t arrived. Tried reaching out via email and social media and nothing from them. I have now disputed the payment with my Credit Card and hope I may get the money back.
I tell people daily to check TrustPilot before using a company and I didn’t follow my own advice.

Oh dear Pro Mop UK, should have read reviews before ordering! Over a week still not received. Paid £24.99 + £2.99 postage. But now seen offer £10 off and free postage! Thought it was legit but not sure now😔

I ordered this and paid for next day delivery. Dispatch took almost 3 weeks and there was very slow and very little communication from the company when I emailed them to ask where my order was. I have since requested a refund for the delivery fee as I did not receive the service I paid for, however they now have the cheek to pin the blame for the delay on the courier service even though I clearly have a breakdown of the order process from start to finish on my order tracking. I am yet to receive a refund of any kind! As for the mop itself, it is cheap, flimsy and a complete waste of money. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I v ordered it , is beeen a week and i still didnt receive it yet !!
And every time i try to track it online , it says (no found )..!!
I have also contacted customer service , and sent two emails but no reply !

Should have checked on here before ordering. Their website says "All orders are delivered by Royal Mail withing 3 working days". It's now 12 days since ordering (and paying) and Evri (not Royal Mail) say they are still waiting for the product, so no prospect of delivery anytime soon.

Customer service is non existent, I contacted them 3 times during the over 2 weeks wait for my order. The only time they answered was to tell me that it would be dispatched within 2 to 4 days this was a week after payment had been taken. They say they reply within 24 hrs and that items are dispatched within 24 hrs of payment being made.
When the item did finally arrive, I was even more disappointed. The mop itself is flimsy making me wonder how many times I will be able to use it before I am yet again looking for another. The bucket which is part of the package is also made of very flimsy plastic. I will not buy from Pro mop again.

Waited over a month for a 2-4 day delivery. Still not revived the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Still waiting !!! Funny though after I left a review on here 2 days ago I received an email from Evri saying they are awaiting a parcel from you?????
Your customer service is shocking!!!

I ordered the Mop and bucket with extra cloths over two weeks ago, I have emailed the company twice and have had no response! Evri has emailed me explaining they are still awaiting the items from Mop PRO UK Ltd, I paid £2.99 for 2-3 working day delivery and have had no correspondence from them! Awful service and no way for me to get a refund on the goods as they wont even respond! Although they are on Companies House it still feels like a scam to me!

Awful company. Don’t pay postage so ended up paying £5 to get it delivered on top of what I already paid. Sent many emails but just kept saying they are reviewing case with management. This was 2 months ago. Absolute scam

Placed an order that took over two weeks to arrive. Customer service was extremely poor, with all my emails going unanswered. I eventually cancelled my order and purchased a similar product from Amazon, which arrived the very next day.
The original order turned up anyway, leaving me with two mops! However, that worked out just as well because the Mop Pro arrived damaged. Overall, a very frustrating experience due to the poor communication, excessive delivery time and damaged product.

Whilst I like their products, I ended up having to pay a £5 charge from Royal Mail to get the replacement heads simply because someone at their end had made a mistake. They said they would look into it but I've heard nothing since....Not a good way to run a business!

I ordered a mop on 16th July and still nothing received in spite of two chaser emails and money taken..However FINALLY arrived 5th August and actually it is a really good piece of kit - apparently flimsy when u first open it but v easy to use and very effective.

Ordered mop on the 11th July it took 2emails then a response on 24th of July after another email the mop arrived on the 28th the mop is flimsy and cheap not worth the money customer service non existent not a company to deal with
