Do not use this company
Buy new. Bought scooter from this company and after 6 months frame snapped. Has to faulty as big metal frame does not just snap. Not covered under warranty as only 3 months. Only advise given from the company was not to get it mended as can be very costly and weak afterwards. They will help if I want to buy a new one (No Way!) Wish I had bought new. Stay away and pay the extra to buy new as not that much cheaper. Now have a very expensive scooter that can’t be used!!!
Just read your reply. Only yesterday I was offered a repair at my own cost. Which I was clearly told on first reply. This is not a good idea as very costly and not would not fully recover from this fracture. You have not yet had a reply from me turning down this offer and I will be taking the matter further!!!

Bought/Hired my bike via cycle scheme…
Bought/Hired my bike via cycle scheme last year. Battery stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Apparently its not covered by warranty and company refuses to fix it. I have not used this bike since then. Moose did not even want to hear about my issue when I called them. But they were very happy to chat before I signed this darned agreement...Cyclecheme is another scam I will have to address..

We order a pure air advance and was very surprised at the quality and how good it was given it was in fair condition. We had it for about 2 weeks when it developed a fault and again, was pleased how they accepted it back to fix it at no cost to us. This is where it all went downhill though. We recieved the scooter back but it had another fault, the charging cable on the scooter hadn't been connected so couldn't charge it. Once we had sent pictures and explained what happened, they accepted it back again only to return in the exact same condition it went back in and hadn't been repaired. We was then told the trainees had fixed it and this wasn't good enough, and they issued a partial refund of £80 (which we recieved 2 days later) and asked if we wanted a replacement l, which we accepted. We've been waiting 4 days now and haven't recoeved it yet. Customer service, although very pleasant, didn't seem to understand what we meant by the charging cable not connected on the actual scooter and although showing pictures of a clearly hole in the frame where the cable should be, we had to explain around 10 times (not an exaggeration).
Scooter still hasn't arrived back we was promised today (as per review from moose and email recived) still no confirmation that's it on its way or out for delivery. What's going on? Had scooter 3 times and it's getting beyond a joke now.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had the choice, mostly because of their poor delivery service from Fedex and the multiple uncoordinated excuses given try MOOSE to cover for this when they had not clue where my item was and then finally using the wrong shipping address.
I waited over a week for next day delivery, was given a load of different excuses for my missing parcel, then finally got sent a mashed up package looking like its been all over the place and labelled to another part of London ( so it probably had been all over the place).
Complained and was offered an upgraded replacement and told it was coming today. ``waited in at shipping address which was changed by MOOSE or FEDEX (who knows?) but not received at the changed address either and I have no idea where it was left or where it is. Fedex website won't accept the shipping address to send me proof of the delivery but it just says it was 'left with a neighbour or somewhere' so I have no idea where my item is or who it was given to.
After 1 month of waiting after complaining after the 1st non-delivery/lost item.
I am definitely done with MOOSE and just want my money back to buy a scooter , I would NEVER recommend this company and would NEVER use them again. I just want my money back so I can finally get a scooter a month later after expecting a next day delivery and not a month after making payment and going through complaints to be still chasing up my order. Now I have had to open a case with fedex and continue with this time wasting, stressful business too.
Worst service ever experienced buying a scooter
scooter owner, I have never experienced such a bad courier service. Thought I was jinxed but Fed ex is actually rated a bunch of crap with over 90% of 1 star reviews and Moose don't have any control over them and just make lame, random and contradicting excuses for them but continue to use them.

Handlebar bag adapter needs secure packaging
I installed a KlickFix adapter for a Rixen Kaul handlebar bag on one bike two years ago. Last week, I got a second bike and wanted to carry the same bag on the second bike (swapping as and when). I ordered it from Amazon, but it arrived with bits missing. Amazon refunded it but would not replace it. So, I asked Moose. Unfortunately, theirs also had bits missing. Fortunately, they sent me a new (intact) item right away and took the old one back F.O.C. (free of charge).
I suggest Moose writes to the O.E.M. (original equipment manufacturer) and complains about the flimsy packaging, which allows small pieces to slip out unbeknownst to Moose staff. There are 4 small screws, 2 nuts, 2 bolts, 2 brackets and a wire. These had all slid out of the flimsy unsealable cardboard box. The OEM is trying to be eco-friendly: no plastic packaging, but they must think again.

I bought a lovely e-bike from Moose over 1-year ago. Through my own incompetence I managed to break the battery, so I reached out to Moose for help; the customer service team responded quickly with helpful advice to solve the problem. I will buy from them again, as they obviously care about their customers.

Order cancelled after dispatch note!
Ordered a scooter, received confirmation of order, chatted with customer support about the order delivery, then received a dispatch note with tracking number ... just to receive an order cancellation the next day "because we did not have enough stock". Unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

I tell you what i bought the pure advanced flex from moose and it was condition stated as good but after recieving it ide say its brand new,its even got the bobbles on the tyres,it does have a few marks on it but not from usage,i dont think its actually been ridden,ive personally bought other scooters in the past and ive had a few and still have and this is better condition,i was rather hopeing it was a bit tattier,lol,i must give moose and the team 20 out of 10,i havent rode it yet but ime sure its going to be brilliant,thanks

A representative from Moose contacted me and apologised for the error and refunded me in full. Hats off to them , that’s customer service.

Ordered a Brompton battery never arrived due to poor paperwork and packaging
Ordered a Brompton battery, had to chase to see why no delivery, then it was marked as delivery arranged but said delay had been due to paperwork for courier as a battery... courier sends delivery date then fails to deliver as its a battery! Customer service do say they will refund but I don't want a refund I want the battery I have paid a nit insignificant sum for...they do still have them in stock so no reason they can't do the paperwork right and reship me one put using a courier that delivers batteries and get me one here tomorrow a week later than the next day advertised.
Really disappointed and would suggest people beware if expecting delivery as promised.
To be fair the email responses were friendly and relatively timely, but obviously the issue is packing and delivery transit based for which they are actually responsible.
I know many would he happy with their promise of a refund, but when you order a high price item like an ebike Battery you don't want a refund unless the item arrives damaged or wrong, you want the item itself.
