good site and the support is fast and helpful however if you need something that requires a higher member of staff to look into it then it does take quite a while for the response. took 15 days to be rewarded for a bug report. overall good site and great discord moderators

Customer Service is great, very user-friendly platform.
Despite the problems around the world, they are still faithful to the platform and supportive.
Despite that there is a lot more to improve especially marketing/distribution/entertainment wise but they make sure to maintain their strong community.
I see more potential in sharpening and elevating UX/UI and supporting the smallest users.
