Honestly very responsive to CX. Great product!

The customer service team was excellent in helping me correct my order address; the fulfillment was wicked quick, and my order arrived in no time. The product has helped me sleep better and deeper since I've started taking the gummies every night. My running watch has noticed that my sleep score has improved! I love how they don't make me tired, just help with sleep at night.

I've been taking this product for almost 4 months now, and the MoonBrew Sleep gummies are absolutely delicious. It's an easy habit to sustain as a result, and they do help me relax and fall asleep easily. My only qualm with this product is I wouldn't recommend taking them on an evening in which one has consumed alcohol: I've noticed they dramatically increase the likelihood and severity of a hangover, even having consumed a small amount of alcohol. Highly recommend this product if you don't drink.

I got my last delivery on time. I am enjoying the taste of the strawberry gummies more than before. Eating the gummies has a positive effect on my sleep.

I love Moonbrew and have been drinking it before bed for at least 8 months (as of 08/26). I've loved the caramel the most, then extra strength (now 'sleep' hot cocoa), chocolate mint, and chai. It's part of my winding down routine for bedtime that I look forward to the most.

The hot cocoa mix itself tastes quite good, but the preparation process is a bit frustrating. The powder is incredibly difficult to dissolve and requires a special milk frother to mix properly into the liquid, otherwise you are left with clumps.

Once dissolved, the product seems to be effective for me, but will see over time.

Unfortunately, the shipping and packaging experience completely ruined this purchase. The items arrived in a total mess, with loose cocoa powder spilled everywhere. Upon closer inspection, I am certain that at least one of the containers had a completely broken safety seal. 

When I reached out to customer support about the issue, they dismissively replied that this kind of mess is "normal." Receiving unsealed food products with powder everywhere is absolutely not normal, and the company's defensive response raises serious red flags about their quality assurance and health standards. I will not be buying from them again.

It took 6 weeks from ordering to delivery with poor communication during this time, only one email after 2 weeks. The strawberry gummies are overly sweet and sugary. The taste is terrible. And from a sleep perspective I haven’t gotten any results. Don’t waste the money!

Don't love the flavor & it's a little sweet in my opinion, (hot cocoa), but mixed into 10-12 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, it's not bad. It is expensive, but i do think after using it off & on for a few months that it helps me fall into a deeper, more restful sleep. I also think it makes me a little extra groggy if I have to get up (kids) in the middle of the night, but i guess those go hand- in-hand...

Moonbrew does not list any way to contact them on their website. After spending an inordinate amount of time trying to find customer service, I finally googled it. I had tried the product, opting for the subscription for the reduced price but found that the sleep + creatine upset my stomach. So I cancelled my subscription after the second shipment. Today, I found an email that said my shipment was on its way and I had been billed already. I went to the website and removed my payment method and checked my subscriptions. None were listed. Then I searched for a contact button but there was none. Their customer service should be easily accessible but it would seem they make it intentionally difficult to reach them and certainly intentionally difficult to cancel a subscription. Fingers are crossed that they will respond. I’ll come back and possibly amend my review if they provide satisfaction. I wouldn’t do business with this company again with their poor business policies.

Be warned - I cancelled well in advance of the next order; they still shipped more, so count on difficulty cancelling. Noticed no significant difference or improvement in sleep. They taste nice.

Product efficacy is unmatched - aids sleep every time without fail, corroborated by health tracking technologies. Single-serve gummy packs are ultra convenient for me as a frequent traveler. Flavors are excellent - mint chocolate powder tastes like my favorite ice cream and the strawberry gummies are delicious.

Nice product but NEVER gets to me on time. I've had conversations with people, sent emails etc and either the order just "disappears" and has to be recreated on their end or it's a minimum of 10 days from the time it's ordered to when I receive. I'm now without the product for almost a week and I'm on an auto-ship program. UGGGHHH. So frustrating! As soon as I have a chance to find another product, I'm tapping out.

Love their gummies! Their service is superb!

While the product is good, they make it VERY difficult and confusing to cancel subscriptions. 5+ steps, small print. Pretty shameful.
And they make it difficult to review. And they try to upsell all the way through the experience.
Doesn't make you trust the brand

Great product but horrible delivery time of 4-8 weeks! The shipping is so poor that it makes the product ineffective. There is always a gap in supply. Not to mention that the “month” supply only contains 25 packets….surely they know that every month has 28-31 days?!

Unfortunately, I have recommended this product to friends that have subscribed and now they are disappointed as well.

Moonbrew: Make improvements before you continue to promote your product…I’m curious if new subscribers get their delivery right away…on the first delivery?! They are definitely quick to take your money!

I am giving MoonBrew one star because I never agreed to or signed up for a subscription. I intentionally purchased a one-time order so I could try the product before deciding whether to buy it again.

The product itself did not work as advertised. It may have helped me relax a little, but it definitely did not help me fall asleep the way their advertisements and commercials suggest.

What was most frustrating was the customer service. When I noticed another charge, I contacted the company and even sent them a screenshot from my account showing that my profile clearly stated “No Subscription.” Despite providing proof that I was not enrolled in any subscription, I never received a response. I waited a full week, but they never replied, explained the charge, or issued a refund.

I ultimately had to cancel my bank card and dispute the transaction through my bank to prevent any future unauthorized charges.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you decide to order, be very cautious about unexpected recurring charges.

This is a wonderful product for a great bedtime ritual. The cocoa is rich and delicious, with no residual taste. It’s a luxurious way to prep for an excellent night sleep..which thanks to Moonbrew, I sleep the whole night.

I Canceled my Automatic deliveries on May 23, 2026 and yet you sent me another order in June and another July 23rd.
Enough is enough. I think this is a scam company and I want to be able to promptly return the last order and be unsubscribed or I will call my bank and have my payment canceled.

It didn’t work for me. After I canceled my subscription, I was still sent product and the company refused to allow me to return it.
