Rocky road Easter eggs extremely…
Rocky road Easter eggs extremely misleading. Spent a fortune buying them for my children for Easter as the picture on the front of the box implies they are filled with marshmallows, raisins, toffee, & biscuit pieces. All they are is a cheap hollow egg with minimal crumbs stuck on the outside. Very dishonest. Avoid this company and choose more honest companies. The design team have obviously spent quite a bit of time creating this illusion on the outside of the egg to deceive the consumer, which of course was passed by management. Very deceitful.

Great communication
While ordering, my address defaulted to the wrong address. I emailed them and the response from them was pretty much immediately, reassuring me they had changed my order to the correct address. The parcels are always well protected with padding and always arrive promptly

Expensive & disappointing that they are…
Expensive & disappointing that they are not wrapped as usual Easter eggs (to be used for an egg hunt). Would have been nice for the child with the allergy to have eggs that at least looked like the others.

Our eggs are individually flow-wrapped rather than in traditional foil so they can be clearly distinguished from standard chocolate eggs. This helps reduce the risk of them being mixed up with other products, which is very important from an allergen safety perspective.
We do understand your point about wanting them to look similar to other eggs for activities like Easter egg hunts, which is why we make sure they are hollow eggs rather than flat shapes.
