I booked a promotional trip online through a site for my family of 4. Monster was going to be the reserving company they used. Later, when a representative from Monster called to book the vacation, I was frustrated due to having already completed all the steps. It was discovered there was some type of technical difficulty and the reservation did not get completed. When hearing the price I paid was going to be different from what they were looking at, I was super frustrated... the young lady was very friendly and apologetic and gave me the info for customer service to get it straightened out.
I called customer service and got a gentleman named Cedrick Canteen. He patiently heard me out and was understanding about my frustrations. Unfortunately, the original dates and accommodations were not available anymore. Cedrick searched different options for locations and dates. He ultimately spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to make the trip work! The entire time he remained polite, patient, and diligent about keeping to my family's accommodation needs. When in the end I was unable to book anything different, he was helpful and gave me no grief about my request for a refund of what I'd already paid. It was amazing customer service that you just don't get anymore! Due to my experience with Cedrick, I'll be willing to work with the company in the future.
Thanks Cedrick! You are invaluable to Monster Reservations Group. Keep up the great work!

I made my first reservation today and am very hopeful that my accommodations will be a great experience. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Samaria F. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire process. Her expertise truly stood out, and she made everything seamless. She is the kind of representative who sets the standard—honestly, she has the qualities of a great manager.
I only wish every interaction could be with someone like her, as not all representatives provide the same level of knowledge and customer care.

I called to verify the details for a trip to Cancun in May and Peyton Emanuel was extremely helpful and very polite. I will be arriving in Cancun and staying at a different resort before going to the resort that Monster reserved. When I tried to confirm my flight data online the arrival dates did not match so the website would not accept it. I called their helpline and Peyton worked out the issue. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I would be happy to work with her again.

We encountered some medical concerns that resulted in a need to delay our initial plans. In addition the death of a sister further complicated our life.
