ATTENTION ARNAQUE !! On reçoit bien ce qui est commandé mais c'est en fait de la chinoiserie qui ne vaut rien et qui est vendu au moins 5 fois plus cher. En plus ce n'était pas compatible avec mon matériel alors que c'était écrit dans la description. Mais le pire c'est qu'ils ne répondent pas, j'ai menacé d'attaquer en justice et là ils ont répondu je n'ai jamais pu renvoyer le colis, ils ne veulent pas donner d'adresse et ils proposaient juste un dédommagement de 5% puis quand j'ai refusé en disant que je voulais juste renvoyer le colis et être remboursé ils ont proposé 10%, j'ai jamais vu ça. Le type derrière est un revendeur arnaqueur, et vous ne trouverez aucune mention légale sur le site. À fuir !

I ordered what I thought was a Monovon Gimbal from their store priced at 109 GBP, I am in Australia so this equated to approx. $225 AUD. What I received was a TOKQI M01 Gimbal which is valued at approx. half of this value at other retailers.

The customer support made up some garbage about returns being troublesome and that I would have to incur the shipping costs to Hong Kong etc. So even their stated return policy is BS.
This store is a total scam do not trust it or buy anything from them EVER, unless you want to pay twice as much for something you did not even expect.
I hope this review stops someone from making this same mistake. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered from this company. Package left on doorstep step, obviously went missing. Company says package signed for. Stay away. Customer services shocking.

Got these binoculars for birdwatching. They do the job, but feel a bit basic for the price point - not bad, just not amazing either.

This electric shaver is the worst shaver I have ever owned, the shave is very poor leaving your face feeling like it wasn't shaved. If you try to clean it properly it is very fiddly to put it back together again. If I could I would return it, you only get two weeks to send it back and as my wife bought it for me as a present the two weeks had gone before I tried it. Do not buy one of these razors

This is little better than a scam. I ordered the shaver on the strength of a post saying after testing many Shavers this was number 1 in performance and value for money at £79.
The person who makes this claim must be on the payroll of Monovon because as soon as you use it you realise that it cannot possibly be the best. It gives a very rough, painful shave and the end result could easily be bettered by the cheapest of disposable razors.
My suggestion to anyone thinking of buying the product is save your money and buy some coarse sand paper, it is likely to be more comfortable.
I have asked them for a refund and in their sales information they say refunds will be given as long as requested with 14 days. However they have replied saying that the shaver gmhas to be sent to Hong Kong at my own cost. They also say that 15% will be deducted to cover their costs and I will also have to pay for customs clearance and import taxes. They have offered me 5% refund if I keep the item and later increased it to a final offer of 15%.
Based on my experiences and those of many others who have posted on here I would very strongly advise everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY.

If there were a negative rating button, I would have used it. This is by far the worst product and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have no real return policy.

I ordered a breast pump after seeing it rated as “Number 1” on their sponsored partner website — a fact I only discovered later. The pump did not work at all. I was unable to feed my newborn because I couldn’t pump with the machine. As a result, I ended up having mastitis, my newborn lost weight, and we ended up hospitalized for several days.

When I returned home, I was still within their return policy window. However, they intentionally delayed their response by three days — just enough to push me outside of the return period — and then refused to refund my money.

Now, not only have I paid for the pump, but I also had to cover formula costs, medical treatments, hospital bills, and endured significant physical and emotional suffering for both myself and my baby.

I am preparing a formal complaint and looking into suing them.
This is the worst breast pump I have ever seen in my life.

Absolute scam!
I do not use that word lightly. Cheap rubbish sent instead of the item ordered. No returns policy. Posing as a UK based company. Thank goodness for credit card protection. PLEASE do not buy from them.

Don’t buy from them. The drill was rated no1 on a review site - how? It’s a flimsy plastic thing with a different battery to advertised. I couldn’t cancel the order even 5 mins after making it and the return instructions are as below:

If you want to return the product for a refund, please note the following:
1.A 15% deduction will be made for cancellations not due to quality issues, and we do not provide return labels;
2.Our return address is different from the address on the package, and we only accept the return address we provide. If you send the package back to another address, we will not be able to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the product without permission.
3.You need to send the product back to Hong Kong, and you need to pay the return shipping fee, customs clearance fee and import country taxes;
4.It is recommended to fill in the customs declaration value as low as possible to avoid high taxes and fees. The customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you, and we will deduct them when refunding;
5.If the package is lost during transportation or is returned for other reasons (such as customs detention), we are not responsible.

Returning is really troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Can we provide you with 5% compensation for the order? I hope you can keep the product and no longer issue a return request. Looking forward to your reply.

I've cut my family's hair for years, and these are the best clippers I've owned. The motor is strong yet quiet, and the sharp blades give a lovely, smooth, even cut every time.

Just built my garden wall using this drill - it powered through old Victorian bricks easily! The hammer function is impressive, and the battery lasted the entire project. And it came with a proper UK plug.

Paid £79 for no 1 rated electric shaver,supposed to be Icelandic, but is made in China and is a cheap made item that can be be bought under different brand names for as little as £17.00 only can buy from supposed website, complete con. Do not touch Monovan products with a bargepole,read reviews first.

J’ai commandé une caméra sur Monovon.fr après avoir vu des avis très positifs sur un soi-disant site de tests (bestechtest.com), qui s’est révélé totalement douteux.

Le produit reçu est clairement un article de dropshipping de basse qualité, très loin des promesses affichées sur le site. Le service client m’a mis la pression lorsque j’ai demandé un remboursement dans le délai légal de rétractation. Ils tentent d’imposer :

des frais de retour exorbitants vers la Chine, une retenue illégale de 15% sur le remboursement, et aucune garantie si le colis se perd.

Ils m’ont même proposé 5% de "compensation" pour ne pas renvoyer l’article. C’est une tactique claire pour dissuader les retours.

Attention : ils se présentent comme un site français (en .fr, en français), mais agissent en réalité comme un revendeur étranger sans respecter la législation européenne.

Je déconseille fortement ce site. Si vous êtes dans la même situation, conservez les preuves et contactez votre banque pour un remboursement par “chargeback”, ou faites un signalement sur signal.conso.gouv.fr.

I ordered a shaver that was nr.1 on a test site titled The 4 Best from David Thompson from the company Monovon apparently the shaver is from China and has nothing to do with the description Mr Thomson has written the said Thompson does not answer mails it looks like l have lost 79£ Monovon also does not answer. Mails these are criminal company s and must be stopped.

Yo acabo de devolver la máquina de afeitar eléctrica en vista de las malas opiniones, hay una en concreto creo que de febrero que hablaba de la misma y en mi caso también compré un repuesto, ni siquiera he recogido el paquete y ya he hablado con el banco y me han abierto una incidencia para que me devuelvan la pasta, porque encima tienen la cara de cobrártelo mucho antes de hacerte la entrega. Espero que al menos valga para que cierren la página, aunque estamos totalmente desprotegidos porque volverán a crear otra pronto y es fácil que volvamos a picar en alguna ocasión. Gracias a los que disteis las opiniones, al final como todo si no nos ayudamos entre nosotros no nos ayuda casi nadie.
Por si a alguien le sirve abrí una incidencia con mi banco y aunque han tardado un poco me han devuelto todo el dinero. En mi caso ni siquiera le recogí el paquete al repartidor
