This company is a farce. I brought leggings fir £19 in January I have emailed them 6 times they replied twice at the beginning to say they were busy but heard nothing since I've asked for my money back. They are the worst retail suppliers they just take your money.

Update. Eventually I received a refund. Never again do I want to experience such bad customer service..it took weeks and weeks of emails and messages every day..guess they got fed up with me..DO NOT USE!

would give no stars if it was an option ! Waited ages for order ,after complaining they gave me a number to track the order which did not exist! Order eventually arrived after I emailed them asking for a refund and mentioned paypal ! Buckle less belt was over priced and poor quality it lasted an hour before falling apart !

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I ordered 2 months ago and am still yet to receive my product. I have tried to track the parcel using the number provided but it says that it doesn’t exsist. No communication from them so I’ve had to set up a dispute on PayPal.

Never ever buy anything from them. Ordered something from them over a month ago. Have emailed them asking where my item is at. They acknowleged that it been way over due but no refund and no communication since. Have emailed them few times but no reply.

Absolutly agree with everything said on here in the reviews.Ive been mugged in every way.Excuse after excuse about the delay in my purchase.Of which i ordered on the 6th of jan.I realised too late i should of looked on this forum before and did some research.I now realise i probably wont even get my item or if it eventually turns up it will be of very bad quality by what ive been reading on here.Stay wrll away from this company.How do you even claim back your money?Or even get this company condemned?
