Monmonland 

I ordered a steam straightener from them but received a tiny one that wouldn't suit a dolls hair. They answered one email out of the many I sent, stating that I am not entitled to a refund. I will continue to bombard them with emails until I get a satisfactory result. I will also continue to leave negative reviews. Scammers. Going to report them to Facebook as well.

I ordered the arm shapers in January never received my order and the customer service emailed me and said oh we will send another about 3 times never received anything and they will not give me a refund.
BEWARE and DO NOT ORDER from this company

They stole my money. I made a purchase and regretted it immediately afterwards. They wrote back that they would return. No money or products. Nothing happened in 4 months! They do not respond to emails. I got rid of 51USD! Buy nothing from them!

I just got my order today it's not what i wanted i ordered a big anti sikly smooth hair strainghter but it is small im not going order nothing else from them anymore

I just received my order and I am angry and disappointed and disgusted with this company this is what they sent me and my daughter please don't order from them there liars and cons don't buy from them not worth it false advertisement I am going to make them go viral this is horrible..

If I could give them a zero I would, these con artists got $20 from me for a dollar store straighter, now the customer service email will not answer me back because I asked for my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. False advertising.

Been waiting for two months for my item and still nothing. I have emailed them several times and I have never gotten a response. Bad company!

I have order straightner more than one month still waiting and did many email didn't get any reply. They are money stealer time waisted. Very very bad.

I just received my so called hair straightener and what I received was not even big enough to do a dolls hair, your a bloody disgrace of a company who take people’s money and send them absolute crap. I can’t even use them as they an European plug end, you are just a con site and scammers and will never order from you again

I recently purchesed a pedispin from monmonland, and had to wait 2 month for it to arrive. When it did it failed to work.I emailed then 3 weeks ago and still waiting for a reply. Shocking customer service DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not buy from This company they have these great straighteners that claim to be the best when they come they look are the size you would use on a doll have no plug.

Iam disgusted how companies can still get any with this kind of service,I like alot of people now I realized they are truly scam artists,it might not be much but like the ladies below,its the straightens I've never seen anything like it! shocking I think this company are no better than the thieves Iam just unsure how to take this matter further as I am determined to get my money back!!

I watched the demonstration from monmonland on full size antistatic straighteners and was impressed enough to buy, paid £20. In the post three weeks later a kiddies size babybliss set of useless tiny straighteners turned up. Im seeing my legal advisors as they have no phone number and dont reply to either emails or their facebook page messages. I am appalled at this, surely they can be had under the trades description act?

After 2 months of waiting , I emailed them and they told me to be patient .

I ordered from this company on January 9th, the package just came in today and it is nothing like what they advertise. Its suppose to be leggings and I received basically pantyhose. Don't not buy from this company, just don't!

This is the worst company. Took my money haven't recipe my item and they don't return your emails to help . Never again. Be smart don't buy from them

Scam place. I got a fraud alert from my bank after I ordered from them. I only gave a 1 because I wanted to comment. I've alerted the authorities about them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
It's been 3 months and I haven't recieved my order, they refuse to give me a refund and now will not answer my emails. They originally claimed the hold up was due to Chinese New year, which is in January. It's now the end of March.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ITS A SCAM
