Same problem as other people. They claimed on their website that the operate in Paris and they took our order but then all went quiet. After two days of chasing confirmation, they finally told us that they could not deliver in the city which they claimed they were working in on the morning that they were supposed to deliver.
They did not advise at ANY POINT that they could not honor the order and did not respond to any chasing emails until the morning of delivery. Any claim they make to contrary is simply a lie.

An order was submitted on Saturday for delivery on Monday, their site promising next day delivery. When it was not delivered, support was contacted at noon. They responded at 11:30 at night that, despite claiming to on their website, they do not operate in our city. The only benefit is that they've only wasted our time, and not our money.

Monis is truly amazing! I have been to Bali several times to work remotely and I wish I had known about Monis earlier! I rented all the office equipment (monitor, desk, chair, power strip, adapters, etc.) online from their website before I arrived. On the first day after I arrived, everything was delivered directly to my villa in a comfortable and uncomplicated way and I was ready to go and work just like at home.

I think a good workspace really makes a big difference, both in terms of my productivity and my comfort. In relation to the added value I get, the low price is extremely worthwhile for me. The last few times I was here in Bali, I always used to go to coworking spaces. I often had a pretty good desk there too, but the office chair from Monis was much better and there is no comparison with the whole setup.

The communication after booking was very friendly and helpful and took place via WhatsApp, as well as all the staff I dealt with.

I can highly recommend Monis to anyone who wants to work productively and efficiently and really doesn't want to miss anything. And all of this right in my own villa, so I could take a dip in the pool between meetings. Absolutely perfect! I will definitely book with Monis again next time!

The service was fantastic. Rented 2 monitors for 2 weeks, they delivered them and picked them up. Monitors were in as new condition and packaged really well.
