Great service solution

Great service solution. It's a short to medium-term rental solution that really helped me stay productive, building my office setup in my Villa. I did some swapping of items while renting. All worked well and the communication was straightforward.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Spent over $600 on renting this trash and the chair doesn't even adjust LOL!

Better off just buying your own desk and chair at this point, the quality of the gear is terrible

On top of this, I canceled my subscription the day of renewal and asked for a refund, and they told me I could only get credit back (trying to force me to use their garbage product again)

The person on the whatsapp doing support is also a bot that won't adjust to their "policies" scums

They also promised to provide movement of the desk and things for free every month, but they have not done that - they said I need to pay for that myself. SCAM

Returning customer for 1+ year

I've been a customer for over a year, on and off. I have now rented monitor, table, chair etc several times. Every time I come to Bali for extended period of time. Co-Working scene is great, but sometimes you just want to focus at home. MonisRent has been easy to order AND return. I am a returning customer because they make the process seamless. Their driver Geraldo is a legend, every time he delivers and picks up, he is in regular communication, this most recent time I had to return things I was between villas and was not able to be there, Geraldo took care of everything.

Everything went as expected

Everything went as expected! We rented everything we needed for twelve people: Monitor, desk and chair, plus all kinds of utilities such as cables, from Monis. They were very helpful from the moment we contacted them. The delivery and collection went smoothly, too. Thank you, Monis team! We will be back!

Overall happy with the service

Overall happy with the service! The quality is good and everything worked great. I did mis some flexibility when booking my setup but other than that is was good. Will order again when I’m back.

10/10 amazing

Honestly from beginning to end they were great! Im from Australia and in Bali Monday-Friday this week. I contacted them on Sunday via instagram and they confirmed they have available items and to book on their website. I found their website easy to use and a seamless process. I then made the booking and let them know to deliver to villa after 2pm as I was flying in Monday morning. They were great with communication every step on the way. I then had a small change of my plans and had to head out of the villa a little early that day, I sent a message asking if it could come at a specific time and they were extremely helpful. Sent all items on a GoJek that arrived in 35min and had tracking available. Every step of the way they exceeded my expectations! Usually when I work in Bali I bring 100 things with me, but now I just had to bring my laptop and charger. With only 7kg carry on luggage these guys wrre a lifesaver :)

PS. One tip I do recommend, put in your location and then pick your items, so you can see what is in stock near you! I did it the other way around and one monitor wasn't available in Ubud but no worries, they had a similar one available :)

False Advertising, does not actually service anywhere except one small island in Indonesia

Does not service any country except for one small island in Indonesia

Two times now, I have had to last minute organise my office set ups because they 1) don’t reply in a timely manner 2) to say they don’t service the country

The issue is it lets you choose cities across the globe, book the equipment and it just sits upon ‘pending’ and then don’t reply to whatsapp even..

I think the catch was up when they tried to say we don’t have a warehouse close enough to service my address in Singapore…. When I was located in the city centre…. And the country is literally 50km wide?

That’s when after literally 2 weeks of a pending order and constant follow ups with no replies they said oh we only do Bali…

Both times they loved to wait until literally 3 days before I land and need the equipment to reply after CONSTANT messaging.

Do not bother with this falsely inflated poor customer service company.

AT LEAST REPLY EARLIER IF YOU CANT DO IT!!!! THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IF YOURE LYING ABOUT WHERE YOU CAN SERVICE.

MANY OF US HAVE VERY BUSY LIVES & WORK WHEN TRYING TO ORGANISE OFFICE EQUIPMENT.
