TIDAY I RECEIVED A PACK OF PLASTERS I NEVER ORDERED THEN RESEARCHED THE COMPANY………….

What Is Happening?

• Brushing Scams: Unscrupulous sellers send unsolicited cheap items or empty/incorrect packages to real addresses using publicly available or leaked personal details, then post fake "verified purchase" reviews under your name to boost their online rankings

THAY ARE JUST DISHONEST .Placed a order on eBay Order number:07-15252-22168 what I got delivered was a empty ripped package pushed through my letter box form evri I ran out caught the driver and said I am refusing the package and he scanned it again and said he would take back to dept so i contacted this bunch of scammers called money cruncher and all they keep saying is send picture of the package HOW ITS GONE BACK this is a £4.99 item so pleased it was not a more expensive item they are just dishonest

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They literally lie to ebay support claiming items have been delivered when they have not been posted through my door, handed to anyone at my address or left in a safe place around my address. Terrible customer service, Mary is a complete liar. Do not bother with the sham of a company.

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing but via eBay their reviews seemed reasonable. I've learnt a very expensive lesson. I bought hair dye from them, I don't normally scrimp on my hair dye and I have been dying my hair for 30 years so I really should've known better but times have been really hard and I had very little money. Thought I'd give their stuff a go, major mistake on my part. I ordered "light blonde" (the lightest shade they have!) I am already light blonde and I figured if it covered the greys at least id be happy, there was nothing light blonde about it....my hair is now a horrible shade of orange and because I was only doing a root touch up my hair is now two completely different shades!!! Would be funny if it wasn't going to cost me a small fortune to have it stripped out! Looking at the box it shows a light blonde but it's so far from that it's false advertising. I contacted them and asked for a refund as the product was not as described and had ruined my hair, they asked for photos. I sent a photo showing the colour they advertise and a side by side picture of my original colour and what I was left with after using their cheap, nasty product. They weren't interested at all and came away with some bluster about dye's having different results on different hair....this could be a reasonable point had they not been speaking to someone with ample experience, if my hair is already light blonde and I buy a light blonde dye it stands to reason that I expect a blonde result and not some cartoon like orange!!! To drastically change my colour at least 7 shades is false advertising and the product is not fit for purpose. This should be evident to anyone with even the worst vision but apparently they don't think there's a problem! I can't afford what my hairdresser is asking to fix it so for now I'm stuck with it. The customer service from these cowboys is nonexistent, they are dismissive and arrogant in their replies. I genuinely hope all these scathing reviews cost them sales, because taking people's money for misleading products is criminal. A refund in this instance would have been fair after they seen the evidence themselves but obviously they'd sooner face the wrath of unhappy customers potentially affecting their trade than admit fault. I hope my review has the intended results and it seriously affects their future sales of cheap, not fit for purpose products. They may be called moneycruncher but it's worth paying extra from a reputable company than making the mistake I did. Lesson learned.

They supplied batteries which were supposed to be 40AA and 40AAA .They only supplied 20AA and despite numerous emails I am just being ignored

Never delivered item though pretended they had. Useless to get into dialogue with them when they just lie. Didn't even know which courier they used. Wasted 2 days waiting in for something that never turned up. No apology or process. Had to go to Amazon in end who resolved. Money Cruncher, dreadful company. Never had a problem before with any item from Amazon.

Won't be a returning customer.
This company has all the customer service of an itinerant door to door salesperson.
If you want cheap goods, then go to one of those centre aisle supermarkets.
Don't bother Moneycruncher when something goes wrong, they aren't interested, just put it down to experience and avoid them in future.

bought microwave popcorn from them , after 20 seconds it went on fire in my microwave , contacted this seller who refunded popcorn but nit interested in a situation that caused a fire and burnt my microwave

False advertising! Be careful what you order. Was not sent what was advertised and they are refusing a refund. Escalated through Amazon but overall the company have been appalling!!

Tried emailing but no reply, as wrong item was sent.

Ordered items via a third party from money cruncher. Items never arrived but courier advised they had. Doorbell camera shows no deliveries that day. Refused to send evidence nor replace/ refund. You'll save more avoiding unscrupulous companies. Savers online is much more professional and economic.

They show a picture of the product on their marketplace website and then don’t send the whole product. And when you receive the product they say that all of the items in the photo are not included

Havent received my order yet

Easy to order. Great Customer Service and support to explain the product. The item came promptly and was easy to return when it became apparent the incorrect product had been shipped. I would definitely use Moneycruncher again.

AVOID BUYING FROM MONEYCRUNCHER ON eBAY.
You have the MOST confusing item selection/price model I have ever experienced.
It is clearly designed to confuse customers into buying more than they need.
And to top it off, I soon realised the 'CON' when I clicked Buy and realised I was charged over £20 for 4 mini bungee ropes.
So I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the order (within 1 MINUTE of ordering) and was told the cancellation request was processed and waiting for "MoneyCruncher" to accept.
So didn't think anything of it, as I had cancelled the order straight away.
I then get a message about 12 hours later saying they have already posted the item. Absolute lying rubbish!!! you could have cancelled the order, as the cancellation request was IMMEDIATE and you WOULD have seen it BEFORE dispatching 24x bungees to me (I only wanted 4).
So firstly - sort out your duping/rip off pack size selection, pricing model. The most confusing thing ever!!
Second - if a customer cancels within a timely manner (less than 1 MINUTE in my case), respect their wishes and cancel the order as any decent supplier would. Real bad customer service.
