Great company, great cause and helped me make some money back on a very good laptop. They recycled my old phones and laptops. The process was speedy, chose a dpd pick up box where I just placed everything in even more than I ordered. All was accounted for and recycled and helped me remove cluter.

They will try to bump you, just keep refusing their lower 'goodwill' offers, they don't want to have to send stuff back to you so will eventually give you the originally quoted amount.
