Monduo Omdömen

I had a problem with one of the screen, Monduo has been very professional, changing the material immediately.
Thank you for the good job.

I have had the opportunity to use the Monduo 16” Pro Duo long enough to know it is exactly the solution I have been looking for in order to have multiple-monitor capabilities without the huge footprint of two other stand-alone monitors with the headache of using switches or some other means to attach the two monitors to my laptop.

It is obvious to me that Monduo invested a lot of research into this product. It is very well-built and solid, but is not overly heavy. That was a bit of a concern to me, but the built in kickstand is more than adequate to handle the weight of the monitors.

Setting up the Monduo was a bit cumbersome. The startup guide is extremely general in nature. The instructions stated to attach the cables to the appropriate ports. That was it. It seemed like it should have been super easy to do this, but I have to admit I got to a point where I fairly frustrated. I finally held my tongue just right and both monitors began working. I kept getting a message from the Monduo monitor that there was no signal. But like I said, I got them to both work, and I soon forgot the frustration when I saw just how good the setup really works! I now have the very distinct pleasure of using the Monduo 16” Pro Duo almost daily.

The display is vibrant, crisp, and very clear. Response times are very good, with no "lag" whatsoever. I am going to enjoy the Monduo for many years to come, and I look forward to exploring more of their products in the future.

Thanks Monduo!!

Solid product

The device was expensive, and despite purchasing in GBP, it was shipped from China, resulting in an additional quarter charge. This is quite exorbitant.

I’ve used this monitor setup from Monduo extensively for about a week now, and I highly recommend it.

I use my computer for most of the day for both work and hobby. My usual activities are editing videos and photos as well as being in the medical field for work. It is so comfortable to use and worked flawlessly for every activity I used it for. Before Monduo, I used a 2 monitor desktop setup.

Monduo was was easy to connect to my laptop and install. It fits nicely over my 15 inch laptop. The 3 displays look so elegant at my desk. So happy to be rid of my clunky desktop and monitor setup/stands and replace it with this sleek setup. My desk has never looked so nice!

The picture and color looks very nice on the screens - even better than on my laptop. The colors are crisp and vivid and displayed my edited videos and pictures very nicely.

I also love that the Monduo setup has the option of being portable if I need it to be. I do travel often and only take my laptop with one screen when doing so. My Monduo setup will allow me to bring my dual screens with me wherever I go.

After using Monduo for a week, I’ve decided that I’m going to replace my usual desktop setup and use the Monduo setup for a few reasons.

It affords me an additional screen from my usual 2 monitor setup.
It is sleeker than my old setup.
It has the option of being portable for travel.

If you are looking for a sleek, multi-screen setup, this is a perfect product. I will be using Monduo for all my computer work.

Um dos cabos USB c para imagem veio com defeito e não está funcionando, um produto com este valor não poderia ter esse tipo de problema

Er was een probleem met het systeem dit werd snel en correct opgelost, en het werkt na tevredenheid...

I purchased the 16" Macbook Pro version. The displays are great and work seamlessly with my Macbook Pro. It's great to have the screen space of an office setup, but in a size that easily fits into my laptop backpack. The only improvement I can see would be to make the materials aluminum to match the Macbook in design.

Placed an order almost a month ago (3/15/24) for the 14" montiors and they refuse to answer my emails inquiring on an order status update. I simply want to know whats the delay or potential issue with my order and I can't get a response. The product is not cheap, customer service and communication needs to be ALOT better when customers are spending this kind of money on products. I'll be happy to update this review if I can get some answers and eventually my purchase if thats possible. However, at this point I feel my money was stolen and the company is a scam.

Update 8/5/24: I'm happy to update that I have received my monduo 14 pro displays and I'm extremely pleased with them! They were well worth the wait. Build and image quality both far exceeded my expectations. The metal exterior and the high resolution screens look identical to the M1 macbook pro I have. They also have a nice solid weight to them which makes me feel like they are durable. I'm super excited to get to use them finally and see how much they enhance my productivity and overall laptop experience. Thank you Monduo team for coming through, it was a LONG long wait but worth it in the end. I'll update in the future on how well it holds up but seems like it will last. I'm a legit customer, not paid at all, so for anybody considering these are legit, just keep in mind the potential shipping delay. Overall satisfied customer here!

I finally had the opportunity to use the Monduo 16 continuously for over a month. Here are some thoughts/review :

Utilizing the Monduo 16 dual screens across both Windows 11 and macOS platforms, I've embarked on extensive 3D content creation tasks. In a single word, the experience has been nothing short of fabulous. The screen's accuracy, along with the simplicity of its installation, usage, and storage processes, showcases exceptional thoughtfulness in its design—even more impressive for a first-generation product. The hinge stability, crucial for maintaining screen position, performs admirably, offering a seamless and user-friendly experience.

However, there's always room for enhancement. One area that could see improvement is the sliding and clamping mechanism of the screen; incorporating a smoother material like felt or Teflon within the channel could significantly refine the experience. A notable concern has been the quality of the included cables. My smaller data cable has unfortunately failed, with the USB connection loosening to the point of signal loss when connected to my laptop. Resorting to purchasing a replacement Thunderbolt cable was necessary for functionality restoration. Hence, a significant upgrade in cable quality is imperative—flexible USB ports, metal connectors, and a braided design could substantially increase durability, especially given the frequent need for detachment and handling.

An additional suggestion for enhancing the product at its current price point would be the inclusion of a felt or velvet pouch for screen storage. Not only would this provide protection, but it would also elevate the overall brand experience.

Despite the issue with the cable, the implementation of the dual screens—from the quality of the screens and hinges to the boost in productivity they provide—is remarkable. I highly recommend the Monduo 16 to anyone in need of a superior, portable multi-screen desktop experience. If the quality of the cables were to be improved,it would make the Monduo 16 a remarkable, standout choice for enhancing your workflow on the go.

Amazing quality and out of the box setup. The perfect companion for my everyday needs.

leider war es teuerer als gedacht und dieser Hinweis war auf der Bestellseite versteckt. Somit kann ich nicht empfehlen dieses Produkt zu bestellen

Excellent product, reasonably fast shipping considering it came from Hong Kong. Very happy with the purchase!

My experience with these monitors has been mostly good. The added space, the hardware capabilities, and the sleek design makes for a stylish, productive tool. The only knock against it so far is that they blink on and off anytime the USB-C cables wiggle to much.

This is just what I was looking for and more. Compared to the others on the market. This is the best setup for my MacBook, and I love it.

great displays in high quality and really good costumer service wich responds fast.
useing this on a windows laptop can be a bit tricky and its a bit too bulky to setup in an airport for a short wait. but apart from that i can fully recommend the mondüo 16" screen.

Excellent customer service. They sent me a free cable overnight!

Great product, offering, and service. I had my left screen sadly start to flicker... then die. Thankfully within a few days, after emailing support, a new set of working screens arrived. It is a game changing experience to do development and other complex types of work - wherever I am in the world. Many thanks!

Great product and excellent service. Screens can require specific ports but easily solved with a little patience. Clearer cable installation instructions would help but hardly an insurmountable deal breaker. I love the extra screen area and it makes for a much better work experience. I had a query and the helpdesk responded very quickly.
I use the Monduo for Fusion 360 design work. I can have reference images on one side screen, tutorials on the other with Fusion running on the main screen. This makes it so much easier than constantly flipping between programmes.
The balanced screen colour is less of an issue for me but it's definitely nice to a have a seamless transition between screens.
The Monduo is a couple of inches longer than a MAcBook Pro so I found a backpack with three compartments (MacBook, Monduo plus study books) plus a cable pocket. This makes it easy to carry round and the setup is quick and simple.
Overall I'd highly recommend the Monduo for anyone who wants more screen acreage in a compact and relatively light package.

As someone who thrives on the cutting edge of technology, it's rare to come across a product that truly revolutionizes the way I work and play. However, the Monduo dual display has done just that. It's not just a product; it's a game-changer for anyone working from home, digital nomads, and gamers alike.

From the moment I unboxed the Monduo display, I knew I was in for something special. The sleek design with its glass front panels immediately caught my eye. Not only do they give the device a premium look and feel, but the anti-reflective coating is a godsend. Working in a cafe on a sunny afternoon used to be a nightmare of glare and reflections, but with Monduo's displays, the sunlight is no longer my enemy.

But the real magic happens when you power on the displays. The color calibration is nothing short of miraculous. As someone who has worked extensively with the Liquid Retina XDR Displays of M-series MacBook Pros, I can say that Monduo's displays are as close as it gets to that level of quality. Whether I'm editing photos, playing games, or simply juggling multiple tasks, the vibrancy and accuracy of colors bring everything to life in a way I've never experienced before.

The practicality of having dual displays cannot be overstated. The seamless integration between the two screens has transformed my workflow. I find myself more productive, easily moving from task to task without the usual constraints of limited screen real estate. And yes, I've actually caught myself saying, "I have too much screen space" – a sentence I never imagined would make sense until now.

For digital nomads, the Monduo display is a dream come true. Its portability means that setting up a fully functional workspace in a coffee shop or a remote location is no longer a compromise. And for gamers, the immersive experience of having dual screens takes gaming to a whole new level. The detail, the colors, and the sheer size of the visual real estate enhance every aspect of gameplay.

In conclusion, the Monduo dual display is not just another tech gadget; it's a revolutionary tool that enhances how we interact with our digital world. Whether you're working, gaming, or anything in between, the Monduo display is a must-have for anyone who values productivity, quality, and an unparalleled user experience. It's not often that a product comes along that changes the game, but when it does, it's worth shouting about from the rooftops. The Monduo dual display is one such product, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
